Friendly warning, if you complete the heroic warfront you don’t get credit for it, so you can’t turn in the quest.

I completed it yesterday and it’s not even worth it. 430 gear~ Only Darkshore gives 460.

Can confirm. Just did it and and no one completed the quest. How the f Blizzard managed to break this one AGAIN for the alliance. When Stromgarde Heroic was released it was impossible to finish this on ally side. And now we have the same problem with the Darkshore. For horde it’s worked fine one week ago.
By what people say in-game, the issue happens if you take both N and HC quest at once. So when going for HC warfront, make sure you don’t have the N quest in your log as well.
Still should not be a problem. We did the same last week on horde and finished both quests with 1 heroic run. And a 460 piece.

Completely unrelated but having the same issue.
Releasing your corpse at the world bosses for patch 8.3 and then having them die gives you their loot. But no completion of the WQ
If they’re close to dying, just stay dead and only release after they die. That way, you should get credit for the WQ. It works on the usual elite WQ mobs.

Just completed the HC Darkshore scenario and got neither the achievement nor the quest completion. I did not die on the last boss either.
To see the very same bug we had on HC Stormguard’s launch day 6 month later on the launch of the new heroic warfront feels really sloppy.

This SUCKS blizzard - A repeat of the Stromgarde Bug - Once again the alliance get shafted. Got the victory but no quest update/reward. Sort it out AND GIVE US THE DAMNED CREDIT FOR DOING IT.
Was the same with ulmath, first week of 8.2 had to kill it 3 times to get the WQ complete

The problem seems to be if anyone in your group has the normal quest, no-one can turn in the HC quest. I didn’t have the normal quest but someone (who must have had it) shared it and I’m sure others accepted. I didn’t so didn’t have the normal quest at all but still failed.
Report it as a bug and hope it gets hotfixed soon.
I had both quests and completed them both just a couple of hours ago. So there seems to be another reason for that.
Same problem. Did it 5 min ago and no credit , and according to raid chat I was not alone. This patch is a total mess

i got my heroic reward on the 2nd attempt. first it bugged…
I have another reason why it may be bugged. Because some people say that they can’t complete this quest because they have normal quest others says that it’s because they’ve died at the last boss. But others say that they didn’t die and had no quests but still no credit on the first try. I think the reason might be if it’s your first Darkshore on this character. So if you have no achievement for completing Darkshore (normal) then it may be bugged.
Because my DH was the first time in Darkshore warfront and heroic quest was bugged for me. But I was able to finish it on 2nd attempt. But my paladin had the achievement for normal warfront and I finished the quest on the first try.
