I wanted to warn the community about a Blitz bug that kicks players out of the instance a few seconds after they enter.
It result in a match that plays 7 against 8. Obviously, if you’re on the 7 players team, you’ll lose points wrongfully.
I was just one of the guy that was kicked randomly out of the BG 3 seconds after entering it. I had deserter, I still had the green eye that says I’m still in the BG until it’s finished with a red “Blocked”. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting but didn’t let me go back in the BG.
So when the eye disappeared, I saw I went from about 1641 to 1475 points in my Blitz rating.
The rating doesn’t matter. But anyone playing it can relate that it would takes many hours to get back to it. Imagine it at a higher rating where you might have less inflation. It’s like you paid a subscription and hours were taken from you.
I wrote two tickets about it, because I got in a 7 against 8 Blitz, and was kicked from one. Didn’t get any answer.
So my advice for people reading, don’t play Blitz until they acknowledge and fix that. You might lose time and money, at your own risk. From the answer I got from support, they don’t intend to get right by me and it’s not even a known issue.
