anyways the matter of the topic were that nerf furys and no one want this and fix situation with the healers regarding their mmr for shuffle so they even might build some interest to go heal random people in this random setting as currently it is only cons for them so by increasing the pros and reducing the cons we can start see more heals on the longer run

Dps queues would get even worse then, if anything they should buff the other healers. But knowing that it’s Blizz they’ll just roflstomp pala at some point.

1. PvP isn’t only Solo Shuffle. All I hear is “Dps queues”, “Rounds” etc. Like stop. Find friends. Queue with normal human beings. Everybody uses balancing examples from AWC for Shuffle? Wait some Shuffle tournament, then use that as an example. Premade 3v3 has nothing in common with Shuffle.

2. Other healers do not need buffs. Every other healer spec outside of Hpal can compete with eachother. Resto Shamans, Evokers, Priests, Druids and Mistweavers have a nearly identical chance of winning against eachother. Not mentioning Fistweaver - that is a different animal… When I play my 3 different Healer alts, I have absolutely no problem keeping people alive. I just can’t keep them alive or fix their mistakes as easily as a Holy Paladin can. I can’t be 40% mana after 7 minutes into a game with never have had a drink… or have infinite panic buttons

Having issues with Holy paladins is one thing. But if you consistently have trouble keeping people alive against other healers, that relates more to a skill issue.

My favorite thing in the world when I queue healer, regardless if its 2v2, 3v3 or Shuffle is facing a Mirror. Whether it’s the same team comp for 2s and 3s or just the same healer spec as me in Shuffle, by definition, if you lose a mirror match, you’re just the worse healer player or worse comp players

I barely play Shuffle but it’s somehow the most popular bracket. Imo they should just make it 3v3 and merge it into the normal 3v3 queue.

there isnt enough people playing 2v2 or 3v3 and you can be hours on lfg as healer to look for dps you want on your rating with atleast few duelists on the account that are not from shuffle only

the fact of the matter is its harder to start play normal arena now than it was before shuffle and when you get to start play the games will be very sweaty for the ratings you play and its debatable if it is worth to sweat 1800cr 1900mmr game vs higher xp people for a 11 points. for me this is equation that i was not willing to continue past rival

the effort needed and gain equation didnt match and it would make too long road for something desirable like duelist or elite when started sweating from so early on the lower ratings like this

Getting into groups as healer is fairly easy at nearly every CR / MMR for LFG up to about 2100.

For me it oftentimes came down to sitting LFG too long on DPS into seeing some decent comps for my priest looking for healers into me logging my DPS off and logging my priest to join. I personally hate playing RMP because those discord calls get tilting very quickly and most Mages literally only care about getting their CC/DMG off and turn off brain for their 400k hp bars. So I try other stuff.

But it is a big problem that after 2100 CR / MMR in 3v3 everything except Hpal goes extinct. You have your Holy priests for RMP, and the occasional Prevokers,Rdruids,Rshamans,Disc priests. I would say between 2100 and 2200 Holy Paladin is at least 7 out of every 10 games.

After 2200, Holy pala is at least 8 to 9 out of every 10 games, usually the exceptions being Holy Priests in Rogue Mage Priest.

I do agree that it’s a little bit odd that we get buffed so fast, while others suffer so long, but also: Warrior is a very healthy spec for pvp I think. It can be outplayed by good players, and it’s not as oppressive as DK. Also, Warrior seems to be extremely popular, so naturally it’s on the balance priority…

However, I do think arms as a spec feels terrible to play, and it doesn’t have anything to do with the numbers or damage they do for me.

That’s a good point, but Shuffle is supposed to end faster. Imagine shuffle rounds being 10 min+ with 2 decent Holy Paladins that don’t run out of mana. You would be looking at over 1 hour of gameplay, and if your score is screwed by the 5th round, you will lose rating no matter what and would have lost an hour of your life at the same time.

Longest shuffle dampening I ever reached was 92%, timer was like 30 seconds left, God that was a painful round.
