Warrior 6-set bonus and Stance dance

That’s why theres the 4 set bonus that makes intercept have no minimal range. Making it 0-25 yds.

You guys have no idea how set bonuses works. You cant just buff one ability.

Oh yeah you can, there’s definitely cases of this occuring in later versions of the game.

The general idea of a Tier set bonus in the later versions of the game is to make a bit of a new playstyle viable, or make a ability that’s rarely used a part of your rotation.

It usually starts with a theme at 2 pieces, making a ability better at what it already does, then the following set bonuses enhances that.

Lets make something new then, using bleeds as the theme.

  • 2 Set bonus: Rend increases the crit chance of all attackers by 2%
  • 4 Set bonus: Bleed effects have a chance to make your next attack cost 10 less rage
  • 6 Set bonus: Bleed effects can now be critical.

Now you’d want to use blood frenzy as a warrior, and offers a power boost to the entire raid.

Enrage as a theme:

  • 2 Set bonus: Enrage effects causes your party to gain 10% attack speed.
  • 4 Set bonus: While Enraged, you gain 1 rage ever 3 seconds.
  • 6 Set bonus: Enrage effects has a 3% chance to make you do an extra melee attack

etc.

Why you guys are so obsessed about one effect/ability? You cant design whole tier set around one theme.
For me, the current tier set bonuses are good, just badly designed. Especially when you consider that Fury doesnt need to change his stance, Gladiator dont want to change his stance and only Arms needs to switch between Battle and Berserker Stance.
Quick redesign for something like this:
2 Set Bonus: Your attacks have a chance to make your next ability free of rage cost (1PPM)
4 Set Bonus: After dealing damage with Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst or Shield Slam, next ability used within 5 seconds will be free of Stance requirement and deal 25% more damage.
6 Set Bonus: Your stances grants you an additional benefit:
Battle Stance: 5% increased damage done when wielding an 2 handed weapon
Defensive Stance: 5% less damage taken when wielding a shield
Berserker Stance: 3% more hit chance when wielding an offhand weapon
Gladiator Stance: 4% increased damage done and 10% more rage generated while wielding a shield
