Warrior and neltharion trinket

Why did you decide on call to chaos? You press virtually no aoe abilites with warrior on st, the uptime is pitiful.

It would have been so much better to have call to chaos on monk, and instead have call to dominance on warrior.

What were you thinking exactly?

Now because of this blunder warrior class trinket is basically useless.

Look at my trinket :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth: Yes, I’m extremely sad that it never procs. Blizzard, please do something about this, it feels like ****

Use ravager and WW !

On a more serious tone, yup, this trinket is bad for us, even in aoe since we’re pressing WW ever 5 gcd

If one trinket doesn’t work well for you, surely there are lots of others to choose from?

Does it really matter that this one is not effective?

Yes, because it’s an ultra rare class trinket and it feels bad that it’s weak  I almost feel punished for having an item, that is supposed to be something very rare and desirable

I guess they try to do that to avoid all the classes looking for one specific item.

Tbf in the rare cases, where both of my trinkets proc at the same time and I get some alient monster spirit with dragon wings and press my cooldowns I feel like super saiyan. Would just like it to proc on abilities that I press more often in single target. Maybe if it procs on odyn’s fury, I experiment with specs

Teach em how to play war…

Kinda does tbh, It’s not about a trinket that is less effective. It’s that the unique proc effect solely for warrior on that trinket is just dumb. Kinda like getting a horrible tier set bonus vs other classes getting a amazing tier set bonus

That class trinket is for five different classes. Warrior is one of them. If it was a Warrior only, I would agree it’s the equivalent of getting a bad tier bonus. But in this case I don’t think it’s as terrible. Not needing a rare trinket can’t be a bad thing. Let all the other classes fight over it while you grab your BiS elsewhere.

All 4 other classes proc a lot easier and are within their bis except for war.

It is, thats a loot drop thats irrelevant for ur character not to mention any other bis/good trinket u share with those same classes anyway, you’re 1 bis/good trinket short compared to them

here it says that it’s “exceptionally” terrible for single target. It’s like I only equip it for stats, and the stat on it is also bad lol. This doesn’t feel good… It should be an item that everyone wants, because it’s so rare. It’s very clearly a mistake by them, and I find the proc in itself very cool. It just doesn’t proc! xd Also, keep in mind a lot of players pug and do LFR, so we don’t organise our loot with others, meaning that we still compete for all other trinkets too.

Top five trinkets are top five trinkets, that doesn’t mean you have less of them.

Another trinket that is good for one class will be bad for another.

You don’t lose out because of it. I don’t see the logic in that.

Being disappointed that a trinket that is rare and made for specific classes including yours is understandible but the upside is you don’t have to farm it.

The downside is if the blackscale trinket doesnt drop but call to chaos does u lost the rng roll this week. Blizzard could easily have added warrior to dominance considering it makes more sense compared to having it as chaos while multiple dominance classes would benefit better in chaos

I’ve only seen one drop in our raids so far and I didn’t win it, went to a player who isn’t even staying dps. Such is life.

Good luck farming other stuff tho :four_leaf_clover:

The problem is, this trinket is supposed to be a class trinket that works well on everyone.

But it doesn’t, it’s badly designed.

The same goes for mage, the only big difference is that warrior could have been solved without having to re design a single thing. just by swapping the trinkets.

They aren’t the only ones though.

I just skimmed through the trinket, and for half of those classes who can use the trinket it is pretty bad overall.

It is mediocre for 2 out of 3 mage specs, and in top 8 for one (but there are other trinkets that are better. For Fire the trinket is just 0.5% better than for warriors, but it is still on the bottom of the list.

It is only really good for Paladins and Evokers, for the rest it is mediocre or bad, and even for those to whom it is mediocre there are better alternatives from the raid as well. Warriors are not exclusive on this regard.

Same for all the other class trinkets as well. It would have been nice if they were useful for all specs, and perhaps solve it by making it a unique drop that is both personal and it is a bonus on top of the normal loot drops.

I also want to add to this that if looked at it from a “ladder-system” PoV, Warriors are just 5th place in case of effectiveness.

In such a perspective for that item, it is only natural one class gets the short stick of it.

And I STILL lost the roll on that trinket twice to warriors :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Now i’m just an ignorant LfR-scrub, but isn’t it a bonus if the rare, highly sought-after item isn’t your BiS?

Let the other 4 classes claw each other’s eyes out for the thing, especially if it has a lower droprate as well…
