Warrior Artifact hidden appearance bug

Hi, I want to report a weird bug I have been having since started playing Dragonflight. I unlocked all hidden appearances of the Protection Warrior’s Legion Artifact, I even have the “Fighting with Style: Hidden” achievent. But for some reason, in the transmog wardrobe I don’t have the original color, which is the one you automatically get when you obtain the shield. As you can see in the two images, the original one is missing. I would like to know if anyone has encountered the same problem and know how to solve it.

I contacted support and they told me to ask here, where developers can see and solve this issues.
In addition, disabling the addons didn’t solve it.

In the EU, bugs are to be reported in-game as the develoeprs DO NOT visit the EU forums.

You report them via the bug reporting tool, not by GM ticket.

From the support page in game, click the TOP MIDDLE button that says “Submit feedback or bug report”.

Keep in mind you WILL NOT get a personal reply from a bug report. After all, its a Bug Report not a ticket.
