So em i have been leveling warriors and fury cuz thats my favorite but why do i get Raging Blow at lvl 12 when i need to use dual wield to use the spell but the dual wield i first unlock at lvl 14 xD

Dual wield unlocks before 14; I think it’s 10? Might even be 1.
14 unlocks titansgrip and increases your damage and movement speed while using 1handers.

That’s nothing. Druids used to get Feline Grace at lvl 6, but you couldn’t shapeshift to Cat until lvl 8 
I’ve seen plenty of warriors dual-wielding at level 10. SMF doesn’t give you the ability to dual wield, it just increases your damage whilst dual wielding.
You cant i literaly went to test it twice and even got my friend that i leveled with to check but if you are so sure go screenshot you dual wielding at lvl 10 on a warrior in the pre patch
you can, you just need to dual-wield one handed weapons until level 14 when you unlock Titans Grip.

Perhaps you should post a picture of your level 10 warrior with a single one-hander and the message saying you can’t dual wield?

You can dual-wield one handers at lvl10. At lvl14, you can dual-wield two handers. At lvl14, you also unlock a passive that increases your damage with one handers.
