There must be some undiscovered way Horde to get following runes, surely?
Consumed by rage - Kill a elite in Wetlands
Flagellation - Loot from a crypt in Duskwood, interact with a pile of bones in another crypt in Duskwood
Raging Blow - Wetlands
It’s a bit of a joke, massively painful to collect these as a Horde Warrior.
I suspect there are ways to get them in Kalimdor, these are just what have been found so far and they work for Horde and Alliance.
Raging blow is also in Redridge which is the worst.
Unless you have a party or someone else willing to take aggro on the elites so you can loot it quickly I wouldn’t go for it even if it’s BiS.
Druid Starsurge is also in Wetlands. It’s possible Horde Versions of these exist and we just haven’t found them yet though.
