I thust got back in to the game.
Atm i am learning the gear system.
Now i got the question when i am playing Fury and gearing as fury and i respec te Prot or Arms will the gear be rubish if i farmed it as Fury?
Couse i like to switch some times to tank or dps.

Depends if stats change, I don’t know about fury but prot and arms value haste and crit very highly.
As for playing rubbish the only thing you’ll want to mind is the Azerite traits which will have to be reforged at the Transmoger in the docks for the horde, via the rightmost npc.
However be warned everytime you reforge the price doubles, atm reforging costs 10k gold for me for each piece.
Only Azerite Armor.
Prot loves all stats but generally favors haste and crit, so your stats should be very good for tanking.

tank dps = haste + crit //traits: avatar+TC (multiple) + crit stats
tank survival = haste + versa/mastery //traits: avatar + TC (1x only) + IP + Block
fury standart = haste + mastery … then crit //traits: Reckless Fury+ 1x Unbridled Fericity + CSHB + simmering rage
fury with csh trait = crit + haste … then mastery //traits: 2-3x CSHB + 1x UF + same as fury standart
arms single = haste + crit //traits: ToM + CA + crit / haste stat
arms aoe = crit + haste //traits: WB + BS + OP traits or Crit stat
