Not only is it a deliberate exploit, it is also increasing the queue time for all the players who are not doing it. Blizzard should give the exploiters a few days of Christmas vacation from the game.

They remove Classic problems from there since they donât care about it.

kinda sad that they havent done anything yet or responded⊠surely we are due at least some sort of explanation as to whether this is allowed or not? in the mean time people are blasting wsg with 0 queue time ruining the honor system.
wtf blizzard how did this slip you by? this is an insane exploit in regards to honor farming.
I just checked up on the exploit because I got curious, and⊠itâs unbelievable that this retail legacy works for Classic.
But not really surprising since it just goes to show they did just copypasta retailâs queue system over to Classic, with a few changed parameters here and there for the matchmaking. (The rest are just cosmetic changes to make it seem different even though it isnât.)
The only question is, will anyone get banned for it?
Or does it fall under âclever use of game mechanismsâ?
I didnât see anything reliably about actual punishments dished out for the layer exploits, and now this is getting exploited. (Look up how it works before you say it isnât an exploit, please. Because it is granting a competitive advantage in the rank push and messing up the queue times for the ones not using it, even though itâs just âcleverlyâ using what the retail legacy functions brought with it by Blizzard themselves.)
Blizzardâs message just seems to be more and more to âAbuse it while you still canâ.

yup its completely screwed some of the brackets this week⊠really unfair people who did their work are going to get delayed a week on their rank14âs and so on

That would probably be specifically why Blizzard arenât fixing it, canât have those who draw the copycat crowd disadvantaged now, can you.
If you want the devs to see something post it on Twitter, they read stuff there. Blizzard employees, including mods, rarely come here.
If this is being done then itâs an exploit, remember the XP potion one earlier this year?

Exploit or not it should definitely be prevented. How this works right now means that you absolutely have to use this trick to compete as Horde. That is terrible game design. Also this will take over on all of the servers and the only alternative will be to play Alliance.
Calling it an exploit would make it possible to prevent it without actually fixing the game. Beyond that I donât think it matters.

nearly 24 hours since i made the post, nothing being done another day where people have farmed absurd honor by using this exploit⊠gonna be a pretty disapointing xmas day for some when they dont get their ranks.

We need an answer blizzard, is it a bannable offense? Or should we start exploiting this to get on the same level of those already doing it ? @BLIZZARD
