It’s ok, we all know when you can’t back up your ridiculous statements you resort to type.
Don’t you get tired of your drivel being refuted? Rhetorical question. Of course you do, thats why you post on 30 characters and move threads to Portuguese Tech Support in embarrassment. Shoo.
And no, cooldown’s are not rotational abilities. Even dev’s separate them as two distinct things.
DPS is the reason why holy paladins are played so much, because they can do that while also healing. DPS is actually a pretty important part of a healers role, since there are very few situations where you’ll have to be healing 24/7. The difference between a healer doing 0 dps and 2k dps is huge. And druids are actually pretty good at doing dps from what I’ve seen.
Probably the most common mistake among newer players when they’re healing is not to dps at all. If I look at a healer and see that they’ve done 50 dps in a fight, I basically regard them as being AFK for that encounter. Though, there are exceptions like mythic guardian where you’ll mostly focus on healing. But especially on heroic and below, you are never going to be healing 24/7 unless you’re solo healing.
PS: the most annoying healers are the ones who say “ThaTs NOt mY JoB!!”. Yes it is.
The OP was talking about mythic plus, though, which is not the same as raid healing.
If dps are repeatedly failing mechanics in a raid, even at lower levels, the healers probably can’t save it and it will result in a wipe. In mythic plus, up to a certain point, a healer who focuses exclusively on healing can ‘carry’ a bad group by keeping the dps alive while they take avoidable damage. The point being that it’s wrong to simply assume the healer’s at fault if they haven’t done any damage in a mythic key. You need to look at the group’s performance as a whole.
We have the king of logic here. He entirely deletes spells from his brain just because their cooldown is longer than the global cooldown to fit their narrative.
Throw a few more fallacies in there in case more children are fooled you’re not talking nonsense.
You are a hypocrite on that. You brought 1 example instead of doing a full analysis of the game and I could do the same (e.g. monks may use 1 or 2 spells only depended on talents).
What is unacceptable though is to have the ludicrous “belief” that spells are not spells if they have a cooldown longer than the global one (in quotations because I know you lie).
Your hypocrisy continues. I told you the monk tanks have extremely brainless AOE. And another example would be that your ludicrous belief that “spells with a cooldown longer than the global cooldown are not spells” becomes even more ludicrous when you realize some cooldowns are 30 seconds or only 15 seconds or even less so you really try to stretch reality there with your nonsense to fit your narrative.
Cast Spinning Crane Kick if you do not need more cooldown reduction on your Brews and will have enough Energy available by the time Keg Smash is available. Use Tiger Palm instead if more Brew cooldown reduction is desired.
Your “argument” is so foolish, because the entire sub-discussion started about THE AOE DAMAGE ONLY AND NOTHING ELSE, that only a fool or a liar would enter defensive spells into the discussion (especially because in that case I could add the personals of the dpses as well and pretend “it’s more complex now”).
In low keys you will spend less time dps-ing and more time healing if dps fail at avoiding damage. In high keys dps will be one shot my mechanics so it’s not even worth trying to save them.
As such, if a healer does 50 dps, the first thing you look at is damage taken by group and healing done.
Started with you saying tanks only have a one / two button rotation and dps have 6/8.
We’ve proven our case. You went on another forthy mouthed rant with hand waving to distract from the fact, that once again, you’re completely and utterly wrong. To the Portugese Forums with this thread!
