Since a payment’s involved, it’d be best to open a ticket about this to take a look, as there may have been an issue with the gift payment, or it could have been given to you on the wrong Region, etc.
Gifted ???, do you mean gifted and then they stopped the payment, ie it was you, yeah i get ya this can cause looking for things free problems
