Well if I had to say one thing about War Within it’s that it feels very similar to DF. Delves are good, but other than that there’s not much new. Mind you I am still playing and enjoying it, but I can see why people get bored.
They messed up S1 of m+ completely
it’s not fun at all
i don’t want to sit 10 hours in front of my PC just to be able to get into 10 and higher keys
i lost motivation after i did most of my keys on ++9.
I just can’t deal with people going into 10 with 900k dps overall
when i do + - 1,68b.
I pushed my key twice into 10 and i invited people with simiral io and gear
they bricked my key twice in a row because somehow they do not know mechanics in 10
i need blizzard to personally explain to me how am i supposed to play when people in higher content are clueless?
Feeling ya.
2,7k rio tank died 3 hits in stonevault 1st boss. You can trash io points cos it can be faked.
How else would you do it so you continue to feel progression and not feel stagnant the whole expac barley improving. Do you want a 10% difference in power between hitting 80 and the final raid boss?
If the tank die on EDNA that’s probably not his fault but why would we even bother read abilities
He didnt use any skills to reduce his dmg taken, but why bother to play normally on a +10 key
Watching youtubers was your first mistake… Wait for CoD it will be the best ever then the worst then is it dying… all to drives clicks so grats?
Not subbed this long to WoW in 6 + year so Yolo…
Cod hasn’t been the best thing ever since 2011. Every game since has had issue or just looked skippable
I don’t watch youtube wow content unless its a “road to” series. I don’t need a wow creator to tell me how i feel, i can do that on my own and thats why i unsubbed 3 weeks ago on both of my accounts and only log in for community events.
Im always puzzled by the importance ppl gives to “content creators”. i watch a lot of video by ccreators about the countries i like to visit but after that i check a lot of information by myself.
And i make my opinion without considering’em. In fact they sell somethin praisinig a lot or hating a lot. Theres no sense for them to stay “objective”.
I just caught myself thinking that TWW is my first expansion since BFA when I completely gave up to watch any youtubers or streamers, the content such as guides, reviews or VoD of M+ runs. I just play the game, enjoy it and don’t feel any need for those things I mentioned above.
I have been having a blast personally they need to make some changes to mythic + make them easier and less punishing i would say up until key level +10 anything after that who cares because good luck getting in to a group anyway.
It can be disheartening not being able to do keys or get invited to groups they need to make some changes to mythic + because the expansion feels great
Half of the endgame activity’s are having meltdowns , seems to be ignored…
look over the state of pvp perhaps look at solo mythic+ players.
if the player base gets ignored people are not happy plane simple.
Infortunatelybstreamers arent average playerbase. But ppl who lives and has income with hype (positove and negative). So arent exactly reliable.
Trust them is like trust in dental advertising where is said that 90% dentists advise to use a definite brand of toothpaste.
10% difference between the lowest and highest difficulty endgame gear rewards of the same season would not be so bad
I’m loving it personally. I cleared up my final fantasy savages before starting tww so I was a few weeks late, maybe I missed some rough problems early but raids are fun, pvp seems pretty damn nice, delves are fun and new, mythics I’ve not done yet but the roster looks alright.
There’s some good and bad for me with this expansion.
World content is fine, raiding is fine, accountwide rep is a really nice change.
Delves aren’t bad. Pretty faceroll but short enough they don’t feel like a huge chore.
Professions aren’t fun, made even more of a grind than DF and probably mostly just for token bait. The drop rate of gathering professions completely sucks even when you have a load of knowledge.
Mythic+ needs the usual weeks of hotfixing we’ve come to expect, and maybe an MDI to prod them into sorting it out a bit in some cases.
The gearing is just a bit odd with champion/hero gear basically thrown at you, especially from incredibly easy delves, which renders all low level mythic+ kind of pointless. At the same time they’ve clearly decided to try and slow down the gear progression by making the higher gear less accessible.
If I had to make a prediction i’d guess that once they see the metrics of the amount of people hitting full hero gear and giving up we will see some changes.
you gotta realise that in month 1 the invoices for promotion of expansion were flowing.
now they are no longer paying them for promotion they are honest about game.
unless you belive that those opinions are honest ones not paid by marketing department
are you one of those people who belive that "experts " who show up in morning tv shows are doing it for free too ? here they are paid 800-1000 euro on invoice per 5-10 minutes appearance both in tv and in radio shows.
its kinda ironic that wow devs are doing exactly the same what is happening irl
aka they are purposedly destrying the “middle class”
you end up with :
- people in UBI - aka you get free champions / hero gear for weekly logging and chilling in dvelves. (awesome option for anyone who dont care about mythic gear / ksm / portals - kudos to blizz )
- super rich elite - aka mythic raiders and tryhards - those push mythic raids and treat m+ as supplement which they faceroll due to mythic raid gear.
- everyone in the middle - they outgeared the inital m+ keys in first week so they have nothing to do there but the “mid keys” are impossible for them because they dont have mythic raid gear
the only option for people in category 3 is :
- unsub better luck next season
2)join mythic raid guild as only means to do m+ - forget about alts - accept that whole endgame is no longer for them and spend next 2 years in dvelves while collecting transmogs.
My guy Blizzard barely pays their own staff I doubt they’re giving youtubers much more than beer money.
