Water Elemental Spell went missing

Hello everyone,

maybe someone can help me with this issue.
I was experimenting with Frost Mages water elemental and rearranged skills so that the aoe freeze of the minion is located on my skill bar.

After changing some things up and removing the skill from my bar I can’t find it anymore. It is nowhere hidden on my actions bars neither on my minion’s bar nor in the spell book.

Do you know how I can get it back?

Did you select the skill in the talent tree?
There is an option to remove it for extra damage, which every talent guide recommends doing.
