Every time I log in to the game and summon the Water Elemental, it is put on Assist and the “Stay” command has been removed from my Pet Action Bar. It is highly annoying that I have to put it back on Passive and readjust the buttons on my bar each time I have logged out. (for keybindings)

Just use this and never worry about it again.
Put
/petfollow
into Polymorph etc. so it stops attacking. Also useful for calling it to you while moving
Put
/petattack
into other attacks, to make sure it attacks what you’re trying to attack.
