Way of the Crane is completely useless in PvP currently

It seems they have stealth nerfed the honor talent Way of the Crane, perhaps in regards to the fact that they are implementing it in PvE by the essence, who knows if this is intended or not. They have not commented on it, and its making me concerned that nothing will be done to fix it.

This change has made the talent useless. 25k mana for a 15 sec ability that does not heal, and does less damage then a rdruid or a disc priest who is semi afk is not very attractive. There is more reason for concern as this talent is implemented in the Conflict and Strife essence which is a core essence for any mistweaver that wants to pvp. Thoughts?

After some games in 2v2 this season (s3) i can tell you that mw monk is in a very bad spot right now. Disc / rdruid doing x5 my dmg although they don’t have to spend 25% mana for it. Sure you can also do dmg without crane but the result would be the same as mentioned.

Healing itself is okay I would say. But you barely can add extra dmg to your team.

Even for pve if you would use the essence, i’m not using it but am in warmode so can still use way of the crane it hits like a wet noodle. My druid who has guardian affinity just casting solar wraths hits for 3k dps more while being lower ilvl.
