You can bet your cheeks 9/10 times I don’t even see you fighting there cause I swoop in take the node and fly of cause I farm herbs and ores while watching tv
Has been part of the game ever since i remember, and i’ve been around since TBC. People are just sneaky and are trying to take advantage of anything at hands. It’s just in our nature.
Gotta learn how to play with it buddy.
I remember people tagging an enemy then misdirecting on me so that not only I had to kill it on my own and risk dying too, but I wouldn’t even qualify for any loot from it either.
Nowadays in Khaz’Algar I seldomly encounter people that wait near a rare enemy (the ones with 10M hp), and as soon as I pull they hit only once and then stay afk and wait for me to kill it so that they loot. Mostly ones still levelling.
Some people are not just selfish or greedy, they are outright griefers.
Go normal run , its free.
Go to the new isle , giga free 584 gear + 658 ring.
There is ways… Come on guys …
First of all, you should spec into gathering while mounted.
Second, buy tools for gathering from the Auction House if you don’t already have them, and make sure to enchant them.
Then, buy a flask to reveal hidden herbs and veins.
You can also go to Azj-Kahet to pick one of the tree spider generals, who rewards you with a 30% gathering or crafting speed buff.
If you follow all these steps, you won’t end up fighting mobs because you’ll gather materials quickly before the mobs have a chance to hit you.
It all depends. Nowadays I don’t really mine anything.
Thye all go to bed at 9pm…
Havent been there. I just returned and busy with something else. But i only tried last part of lfr because it can drop a mount. And since someone said on this forum that the mount is personal loot its worth for me to try again.
That practice has been around since the beginning of the game when nodes weren’t lootable by multiple people. If I saw someone fighting near a node, then that person stakes his claim and I would move on.
And believe me, back in the olden days, we had a list of known ‘node thieves’ that would be shared amongst guilds/communities. Those thieves would be barred from joining raiding guilds.
I miss those days, like if i see people do that in turtle wow i tell my friends about him or her, as that’s basicly like stealing and it’s way worse if someone ninjas a chest or leaves only trash in them and just saying bags are full, like just delete something then.
That where horrible days.
Sure if it was done to punish actual trolls or ninjas that’s on thing but I have seen so many cases back then where big influential guild just used it to do whatever they want.
Oh that guy was not willing to give me an item I want better spread the word he is a ninja.
And boom someone could not play
But if people lie again and again it’ll be less beliveable no?
Is there no other spec on the druid that has some bursty moves? its not about having a high dps, its about having high burst. Surely balance has something? maybe even bear?
The fact of the matter is that the absolute vast majority of miners, healers tanks and dps, absolutely melt mobs to the point where I never encounter people fighting at nodes, or when I do, by the time I’m dismounted (which I do really fast through hotkeys often even before landing) the mobs are already dead, you are an exception to the rule if you take that long to kill something, not the default people will encounter so often it’ll shape their behaviour.
Are you a pirate? Because Ninjas and Pirates are Archenemies:
Well my druid is still gearing up and the stats arn’t that great but gearing up ain’t that fast
