A similar issue happened to my Paladin, can’t get back to Howling Fjord to continue the artifact weapon quest. Support tickets are actually useless because GMs don’t even bother reading them anymore. Here’s my recent support ticket trying to get this issue fixed.
Completed the first artifact quest, stuck on the 2nd and because I’m stuck on the 2nd I also can’t get the 3rd. So my main character is now stuck to one-spec because of a stupid oversight with the remix character boundaries.
Just a complete waste of time, I miss when the GMs at Blizzard actually did something and had good customer service. This is just extremely frustrating. It’s either a bot, or a lazy support agent.

I am stuck on the Paladin Protection Artifact Weapon quest on a Remix character.
I abandoned the quest “The End of the Saga” because I had hearthed instead of using a Nostwin token, and couldn’t get back to Howling Fjord to continue.
Now that I’ve abandoned the quest, I’ve realized Orik Trueheart, who gives this quest, is also in Howling Fjord — so I’m unable to return there on this Remix character to continue the artifact questline.
Could I be teleported to Orik Trueheart to continue? Or alternatively, could the artifact questline be reset so I can pick it back up again in the class hall?

Before giving a stock response, could you please re-read the support ticket? I haven’t lost any items or progress. I’m stuck on a quest line that I can’t continue.
