We are killing our own server

Totally agree on that…

also an easy solution to the BG’s would be to simply just let the biggest faction populate BG’s on both sides, since there is 2 hour queues seems to be more than enough to fill up a few bg’s with nothing but the same faction competing vs their own faction, so they at least get to do bg’s without waiting all day for a few bg’s

same solution was suggested many years ago, imo blizzard should just have done it back then and all these problems would have been over 10 years ago.

instead they just cashed in on transfer $$$ and lost subscribers over the years unhappy costumers might never come back.

Why would I ? I will still have instant ques, nothing will change for the Alliance.

you could just stop pvp and wait for them to eventually fix it … instead of playing like a addicted tryhard like they want you to. you can ruins loads of peoples fun but it wont stop you being nothing but a addicted tryhard lol.

And that will happen in exactly…never.

:sunglasses:

At this point, there’s no pity. Just kill every single opposite faction player to grind honor like in Vanilla Classic P2 for ranking. You don’t have to feel bad for that. It’s Blizzard fault and responsability. The only way they can react is when people will unsubscribe “en masse” because they can’t play the game outdoor. If they don’t react, then your problem will be solved because at some point you’ll have enough honor to buy full gear, and even if Alliance quit, you don’t care, because you tag instant in arena. If the game editor don’t want to fix their games, your only option is either accept it, or quit.

I’m ganking Auchindoun instances and sum stone while waiting for queue, I don’t get any pleasure of doing that, but I have no other choice. I don’t want to quit the game, I’m playing with friends, I have a guild, I’m doing raids, I would like to do PvP like the opposite faction. But I can’t, so I change my playstyle …

“It’s you, or them”.

The only issue of course, outside of moral consideration, is the fact that more Alliance will quit the game, and the BG queue will be longer. Not a problem when you are full gear and don’t care about BG, but if you LIKE BG, if you want to play in premade vs premade, this is basically the end for you … And surprisingly, this impact a loooot of players.

If they release Classic Vanilla fresh tomorrow (with some sort of solution to prevent this issue to arise again), I guess TBC population will suffer very hard with a massive transfert back to Classic Vanilla. This is literally killing the game for 75% of the player base honestly (the casual arena player, the casual BG player, the tryharder premade in BG, the tryharder in arena, the solo player that just want to carry in BG, and the average joe that are constantly harassed by opposite faction due to honor farm).

The rest are just players that are not impacted, or full of resentment so their point of view is unlistenable.

No. BGs have nothing to do with it. Lame “honorable” kill systems does. Why anyone out of ±2 lvl range should give honor? As the matter of fact why even top level has to get honor from someone less than lvl 70?There is a huge difference between fresh 69 finishing leveling and 70 in BiS. There is no honor in “honorable” kills.

Wrong, you are being provided everything you pay for, you should read the contract you agreed to…

Nope… you don’t - and for the record, this was the same excuse horde used during phase 2…

I’m one of the ally that left Shazzrah and i say you made your bed, now lie in it!

Just let half of them faction change and kill each other)

It’s funny how they’re not seeing this, it’s like telling DT he lost the election… I guess it’s the same mindset.

You’re just straight up wrong, the cause of the problem is hive mind players becoming meta slaves and going horde. To some extent Blizzard created this game like what 13-14 years ago when people did’nt have a formal well known meta. Factions werent ever balanced but it wasn’t as bad as it is now. The playerbase is the problem not the game. The mentality to routinely group up and kill low level alliance players who are questing is part of the cause and problem. Because you want some boots and bracers that make like 0.2% different to your resilience rating is just baffling.

The people doing it are just self flagellating. Ruining the game for themselves by making the game unplayable for the opposing faction. It just straight up stupid.

The horde players doing it need a mentality shift to accept the bg queues and engage in pvp at lvl 70 with lvl 70s like the game was intended to be. You chose to go horde knowing the queues were already long in vanilla. Get over it.

the majority act like 1 person. Meta slaves.

I am amazed that you can spew out such an unintelligent comment, so let me explain why it’s an unintelligent comment.

He (or other alliance) might actually do what you suggest, move their characters over to pve servers.
And once they do that, the faction imbalance is going to get even worse, and so will your horde queues.

blizzards solution to this is to discount faction transfer.

For so many things with WoW… its players ruining it for other players. You do wrong now deal with it.

Worth remembering that you actually need to have something to do during the queue so if you can’t go round herbing, mining or finishing off quests then there’s not much left to do apart from kill alliance or play another game since you’ll get AFK logged out unless you have a bobbling duck pressing a key

The players base isn’t the problem, and will never be an issues. They are customers who pay for a service. There’s no issues with them. Blaming the customers is a terrible idea.

Player decide what they want to play. If they think X is better, they have the right to pick X for that reason. If they want to play X for whatever reason, they can play X.

The mentality to kill low level is what happen when players found a solution by themselves when the editor don’t. So again, I’ll never blame the players for that  .

And if you think bracers and boots give 0.2% difference in term of Resilience, I can’t help you sorry. Especially in S1 where people start with a rate of 0 resilience.

Wrong, I chose Horde because I decide to play what I want and nobody will tell me what should I play in a game. The role of the game editor is to ensure anyone can enjoy the game even if they share different vision (PvE players, PvP players, casual, hardcore, …). This how you make money  . BG Queue in Classic was fine, a bit long, but ok tier.

Lol, you quoted me but failed to write something relating to anything I said. I didnt tell you why you chose horde. Nore am I blaming the customer? KKKK

i chose horde because i already tried to be on a dead server (alliance side) that kept getting more dead for the alliance side, and i didnt want to be on a dead faction again.

also chose a high populated horde faction to be sure, knowing what would happen ‘again’

That is what happened since wow startet, players moved/quit from the outnumbered/dead facions, so it will happen again, and maybe blizzard is ok with some quitting the game and get transfer $$ and ignoring unhappy players.

in context to what i said it was related to those hive mind players ganking questing lowbies repetedly, chasing the meta ect. Few like yourself chose because of your own reasons such as a dead faction
