Been geting this message for almost 30mn. I could log into forum with saved credentials, apparently, but not into the game.
Iāve just had the āadd an authenticator & get 4 bag slotsā pop up in-game.
ā¦for the authenticator iāve had on the account since the days of WoD.
I think the blizzard potato server is baked.
Managed to enter nowā¦
Still cant āauthenticatorā me, nearly 1 hours.
Had this issue too, but restarting launcher fixed it for me.

Did you lose the 4 items that are in authenticators slots? I lost with my main (this character) as I logged with this first, havenāt noticed other characters losing items from there though
As many of you noticed we had an issue with the login servers which have now been resolved. I would recommend people keep an eye on the Twitter accounts for CS EU as we post confirmed issues there and also when we resolve them 
Anyone missing the additional 4 bag slots should relog their account, if they are still not showing then do a password reset. Password resets have a way of forceing a refresh of account data which will normally solve these types of hiccups.
Having same problem today as yesterday just now. Canāt log back in on either beta nor retail after getting dcād.
had the same for like 10mins or so, worked perfectly on itās own after those 10mins. fast work makes great work @blizzard

Can confirm getting error about authentication not possible at this time, did get in for 5 min then got kicked again not able to log back in.
anyone else missing items because of the missing authenticator bag space? It deleted 4 items for me - canāt find them in item restoration or anywhere else
