We demand solo mode

Played this ~4 years ago. It was a total and honest pay 2 win. (Talking about the mmo)

I guess that depends on what kind of player you are. I enjoy healing Vet dungeons, then the rest of my time I am an explorer.

I do love the open world, skyshard hunting and outdoor encounters that need a lot of players. Also there are public dungeons. The combat isn’t terrible for me, but it could be better for sure. I have plenty to do if I want to go solo… this will be even better when companions come.

The biggest thing I like is being able to chill on the sofa with a contoller on my ps4… it’s the best mmo for that it feels really fluid. It’s getting a ps5 upgrade with the next expac in June… if only I could find stock :frowning:

It’s seems good. I lose my direction everytime though.

My friend i tried too… Soloq is dream but ppl here do not understand what Soloq is or means… just GJ trying… let em have their mind closed… SoloQ will come to this game because 99% of the community wants it… but 1% with 99% or them at 1.2cr got no idea what the game needs…Im playing WOW for 9 years now… SoloQ should exist years by now…Keep it up bro

you are describing the situation which new players and alt currently have while looking up a m+ group  There are times I just try 30min and log off

Yep, the game has become unplayable for a lot of people, past a certain point.

It’s a flawed system that needs looking into.

No thanks.

While true u missed vital details.

FFXIV shadowbringers brought in AIs for dungeons. They are starting to develope this for every dungeon.

You can buy a story skip potion to unlock everything it’s 13 pounds.

Also.

Guild wars 2 DRMs and things scale between 1-5 players. Which means players can either solo the content or group for it but neither is forced.

I’m sorry I do love the grouping aspect of the game and enjoying the game with friends. But how anyone beleives soloing is any different to pugging in this day and age is beyond me.

Pugs there’s no friendship, no talking, unless your verbally abusing one another, no banter, no communication.

If your pugging Ur already effectively playing this game solo.

Pug life is atrocious. Prolly what made SL feel as bad as it did for me. And no I didn’t go play a solo game. I just play a different mmorpg. Because every mmorpg on the market manages to make this feel 100x better then wow has.

Playing with bots is better for some for the following reasons:

  1. You may log on at a time when ther eare hardly any players on and this is the only time you can play WOW, having bots group with you would be beneficial

  2. You no longer have to endure the screaming and yelling from other players in pug groups

  3. You no longer have to deal with people skipping certain bosses, unless you want to do that

  4. No more longer queue times

  5. You can play the spec you want, while you can do this with WOW already, we all know that certain specs are accepted more readily than others, this way you can main an unpopular spec and still do dungeons and/or raids

I do think if WOW were to implement this, they should make it so there are not really any awards, except maybe completing achievements and/or completing raids/dungeons/pvp quests that players need a group to do

This is mmo not a single player game.

who cares tbh

I’m not saying it as a bad thing. It’s very much a positive.

I get the whole “this is a mmorpg it’s not built for solo” stigma tied to the genre. But I don’t understand why players aren’t wanting every edge of the game pushed and innovated on.

Solo gameplay and bot gameplay. Give players the ability to learn this class, build confidence in the content and overall edge them into playing the content.

We all screech a players to l2p when they throw our keys etc etc but refuse any ideas that could potientally give those players the enviroment they need to learn the game.

I would love to have the option of npcs in key dungeons because they know how to kick and stun

Let me give you a big fat “nope” on that.

“Add solo mode”
“Add solo queue”

“Why is everyone so anti-social and toxic mehh mehh wahh wahh”

I actually think this is a good idea. Solo/story mode dungeons and raids (with no gear drops, maybe just cosmetics) for those who just want to enjoy the story and dont care about gearing that much but yeah they would need to seriously tweak some encounters so I guess it would be a bit of a pain

I mean, have you not played the game? People rarley talk anyway and when they do it’s trash talking.
Must have a resume to get into groups, on top of that, how long it takes to form groups.

Mwa, I know it is like this in random BGs and normal dungeons, but rarely ever in self-formed groups. I think a statement like this indicates that you are either cherry picking / generalising to prove your own point or that you just don’t really participate in or initiate the social interactions yourself.

This is quite variable.

I demand Solo mode PVP Arenas, with all the same rewards as normal PVP… except I’m playing against bots instead of real people!!!

(this is a joke before someone loses it).

Tbh I’ve never rly agreed with those with this opinon. The end game goals and more never joined.

The hardest content is still built around premades and guild groups/raids. I think WoW got made easier to be anti social in and players take it.

They sum up the problem they have by themselves.

When they require the game to force them to socialise. It’s obvious it’s not what they are looking for, it’s just the easiest way to excuse their behaviour.

Adding solo modes or scalable content doesn’t kill sociability of the game, it gives them the choice of being social. Just because they naturally decide to not be social when given the choice.

Hence why blizzards job is so hard because players behaviour and demands just don’t add up.

Then this game is not for you. Move on.
