We get easy Post nerf heroic dungeons cause original HC was too hard but I got three full epic geared 359 ilvl chars now without a single HC Raid boss kill.
They are just a pain to kill with Pug’s.
IDK… Dare to say that heroic difficulty raid was never intended to be done with PUGs.
Then again… Classic will never be the same as original retail release of each expansion, because player preferred play-style is different from back then.
I don’t think it would be good idea to allow easy access to heroic raid loot though.
LFR in MoP made PUG raid easily accessible, but gear had reduced iLvl, and from what I’ve read about it, difficulty was still above certain players possibilities which caused lot of negative feedback on LFR.
Lowering difficulty on HC raid with rewards staying the same does not make any sense to me.
I’ve pugged full 13/13 HC on two characters with no Guild because I work nightshifts.
It’s 100% do-able but all of the good PuGs runs are recruited of Discord and around 80% of them are GDKP. I see a couple that are SR runs though.
The reality of the situation is two things for you. First HC is actually quite hard, its equivelent to HC 25 man Lich King prior to the damage buff. You need to play your class at a minimum of 80%+ percentile on normal for groups to consider taking you because HC had a strict lockout. They need you to do 30k dps + on all HC bosses, less on 10 man because less buffs.
Secondly, I know this is hard to hear but I wouldn’t ever consider playing Alliance on Classic. The only competitive Alliance has after WoTLK is high end PvP Arena. Horde has had better PvP Racials for 6 years straight and this has caused the faction inbalance that happened in retail to happen in Classic. Sad truth is Horde > Alliance players because of this.
Make sure you are on an active server, Join their Discord, make sure you are Horde and that you can play your class/classes to the top 80% percentile on normal.
Well. If I imagine that some of the people i met via the rdf are joining hc pugs it´s no wonder they cant clear anything, and neither should they.

Yes and no. Mostly it’s the fixes. As all raids were broken to no end on OG release.
So mostly it’s that we get the fixed & working as they were intended. We’re not getting the Dragon Soul patch versions. If they were, you’d notice.
dont matter if they nerf it , someone always has the lava bugg on nefarian so it is unkilleble anyway.
11 kills on Nef, only seen it once on 1 pull.

On 3 chars, ive pugged 13/13 heroic now. its really not that hard to pug them. As someone mentioned, there’s plenty of pug communities setting up raids everyday 
Go Firemaw for alliance, or gehannes for horde
Most people who join trade chat pugs don’t want to use their raid cd on time, they don’t want to use personals, they don’t want to read or watch a boss guide, they don’t even press their 3-5 tank/dps/healing buttons correctly.
