Well then, we stand ready to be impressed. Honestly, Dragonflight was boring and generic AF, even Shadowlands was more interesting due to all the drama and self immolation they did to themselves with it. Them messing up M+ /scaling is still my biggest issue, along with the health and damage numbers sprialing out of control (within 2 expansions we went from several ten thousands to millions…)

We need a squish badly. I hate seeing millions on my screen. I have addons to make floating combat at least look good.

Just feels to me like they are making these things for the sake of it. The recent expansions lack heart. Making Warcraft now is just a process and so formula based. It takes advantage of its history and expects this to carry the game so people play it. This one is worse than Dragonflight and that’s saying something given how bad the last one was. It’s just so boring.
Player housing wont save this game. It really needs a reboot fully. Most importantly it needs to go back to its roots and create a game worthy of its name. Not sure things will change given the pressure Microsoft have placed on them speeding up the release process. So expect even more cut and past and rubber stamping aged stuff. I haven’t touched the game since before Christmas and I seriously have no plans returning any time soon. My heart sinks every time I even think of logging on.

Really makes you wonder what the developers are even thinking .on one hand they implemented amd fsr but on other hand they added nvidia reflex but totally ignored nvidia dlss .
Do they really think that somehow people are running dual amd and nvidia cards in combination ?

Is it? I thought it would be S2 with Undermine then the pre-patch. Pre-patch can’t be S3, surely?
s2 isnt going to last 11 months…
it will be a 6month season and then s3 into the expac… same as DF i guess

wow has reached the decline (maintance ) phase - thats all
to summarise "
introduction - vanilla
growth - tbc / wolk / cata
maturity - mop / wod / legion maaaybe BfA
decline - SL and anything after.
wow is in last stage of being milked - they will eventualyl just keep skeletal crew and keep reusing most assets - base on milking the shop and mini events .
they can easily run on it for next decade

well the first version of housing aka garrsiosn did deliver
problem was the everything else didnt - and that very fast there was decision to cut expansion short - thats why they cut the resources from expanding on garrisons after adding shipyard mid expansion .
if people expect something more then another version of garrisons they will be severly idssapointed.
imagine if m+ was inroduced at launch of wod . then the expansion would be something compeltly different.
I disagree with you on everything you just said . Even though some things have grinded my gear like the cyrceys circlet PVP nerfs and mythic + being so bad this expansion

This. And it’s rather obvious. Iridikron just wants to kill the titans, but he knows he’s not strong enough by himself and has to lure them there first…
We already know he has a lair in Northrend, where the Last Titan is going to take place, so I think we’ll see him there rather early on.
Still better than DF and I prefer some more set up for a proper villain, else we’ll just end up with a female Jailer that’s called Xal’atath this time.
Err, we all know Xal is free and scheming and after all she’s alread done that’s for sure not going to be anything good, so she’s the obvious threat that matters to everyone… which is already more than we got for 2/3 of DF and we only got 1/3 of TWW yet, so there’s more story to come in the other 2/3s.

i wonder if last titan will be something like end of WoW 1 and begining of wow 2 > like last titant and send us in time to begining of all kingdoms formations but after well of ethernity exploded or maybe even before …like mostly everyone vs everyone each race different place to start like orc’s on their planet or something daenei on their own
I believe Ion stated in some interviews that they are already planning stuff as far ahead as something like 17.0 … so I fear TLT won’t be the end of WoW (1), although I’m starting to think it would actually be a very smart move.

I have this fear (however unrealistic) that the end of the world saga is the end of WoW as we know it.
They did say they were ending all the stories currently being told.
They won’t end something earning them this much money.

They will… one day there will be … WORLD OF WARCRAFT 2: REIMAGINED EXTRA PRO DELUXE
The current wow will wrap up at some point and will be maintained for ADHD/OCD people who can’t move on.
New game will feature benefits for old timers, you will be able to take a few mounts and you will get extra gold to start and then you will create a new, almost the same, but full of changes, story back from vanilla, in new mode with just 6 abilities per spec, everyone being able to tank/heal/dps, and a lot of quality of life changes like instant lobbies and stuff! People will love it.
Oh, and microtransactions to make your character stronger - can’t do without those. You will pay 1$ so you can use your 7th hidden ability. etc
