A minor expansion feature has more customization options than Ghost Wolf, a proper class spell that’s been in the game for 16 years and has like 2 glyphs.

I’ve always thought forms like Ghost Wolf and druid forms deserve a lot more. Especially druid forms. There’s so much transmog to farm, but for a the one class that’s mostly stuck in a form where transmog isn’t visible, there’s barely any customization.
Moonkin form needs some love most of all. It’s been the same stupid looking fat chicken for almost 18 years now.

The stupid looking fat chicken part is the best part about Balance.
Honestly I’d even disable the glyph of stars to force everybody to be a fat chicken.
But it does need more customization I agree.
Honestly, if they enabled helmets in fat chicken form, it’d be a hilarious start.
I thought you were just being dramatic, so I Googled it and wow, there really is a lot of Soulshapes. 
Nice to see they spend time on Soulshapes and Pepe customisations 
I prefer the celestial thingy glyph instead of laser chicken.

As a moonkin main I agree about the first part, moonkins need more cusomization, I don’t understand why they keep addig more cat, bear, flight and aquatic forms but NEVER more moonkin.
aaaand I totally disagree about the second part, transforming into an owlbeast to channel the power of the moon & sun is the best class fantasy ever. oh god, i love moonkins.

It’s not bad but it’s still a form that should have customizability. I don’t think making it not a form is fixing anything.
Well I also disagree, because even if I was be able to channel the collective power of all black holes in the universe, it wouldn’t change the fact that I’m looking ridiculous.
And I stand by the my stupid looking fat chicken comparison. Try going to a person who doesn’t know anything about Warcraft and ask them what they think a being called an “Owlbeast”, that can channel the power of the moon and sun, would look like. Then show them a picture of a moonkin, and ask if they thought of anything close to it. I guarantee you they’ll laugh.
To most people, moonkins just look ridiculous and definitely don’t give off vibes of a creature with incredible cosmic powers. Especially since the druid moonkin form looks exactly like the moonkin mobs you kill with a stick at level 10.
And the best part is, they can stay like that. Even just slapping some armor, horns, or any extra accessories and colours could make them look a thousand times cooler.
Just one thing I should add, there’s nothing wrong with liking the current moonkin form. It’s just that me, and almost everyone I’ve ever known think it looks quite ridiculous. I think the default moonkin form should stay, but there should be other options to pick from.

Imagine if we had customizable forms just like dragon mount customization in DF 
Ghost wolf needs new forms and moonkin needs new forms, but I don’t have a problem with something that any class can use (if they select that covenant) having a lot of forms.

It’s almost like now that the assets exist if you wait you’ll probably get a few.
dont forget the forgotten Allied races (Vulpera, Kul tiran, mechagnomes, Darkiron, and Zandalari). we saw how amazing the customization team can be with the new dragon race.
I would rather they focus on those than soul shapes which will go out of season next expanstion and only usable by Night fae.
Now I need a tiny top hat and monocle for the Gilneans.
That’s exactly how I started playing WOW and maining a balance druid. So no, I guarantee people who like this class fantasy won’t laugh.
It’s not supposed to be beautiful. It’s supposed to look bizarre, grotesque. And that makes it good.
The bat shape is my but I only have on the Alliance char, so far.
