Good day & Merry Xmas!
There is a problem with the Fresh/Preserved Holly item in Wotlk Classic as previously stated in the title. When used, it does not make ur flying mount a jolly red nosed little flying reindeer, it instead grounds ur flying mount basicly forcing it to feed on grass instead of fluffy clouds.
Now, the big problem about this is that we are unable to finish the " Fa-la-la-la-Ogri’la " achievment and consequently it makes us unable to obtain the " Merrymaker " achievment that comes with the title. Really stressful and annoying for an achievment hunter thinking I might have to wait a whole year to finish it 
( Bug report was submitted and a ticket was also submitted, GM told me to post here in the forums as well )

Posting here will not help at all as it’s the Devs who get the bug reports and the Blizzard employees who post here are not Devs and do not pass on your concerns.
Anyway, if it’s as you say then they will be aware of it.

I doubt they told you to post in the Customer Service section but they may have linked the General Discussion forum or the forums in general.
OR they told you you could post in the bug report forum on the US site.

They usually only tell you to post on the forums to alert other players to what’s going on.
This achievement should no longer require a flying reindeer in Wrath Classic following a recent hotfix. It’s possible that server restarts will be needed for this to work.

I can confirm the hotfix worked, finished the quest objectives as normal, used the holly before handing the quest in and got the achiev.
