I used ai for my druid night elf. i was like “give me a good world of warcraft name for my night elf druid”
and if a name doesn´t click with me I ask “do another one” till I get an epic name
I tend to go with ancient god names (because i am a god…i jest) or other fantasy names. Tchalla is from black panther, i have a blood DK called myrkull which is the god of bones or something in BG3. I had a character called Aramire which was influenced from Boromir from Lotr.
One of my first characters back in vanilla was a troll hunter called DarthRasta… but give me a break i was like 14 lol

Personally I prefer the TESO system. Because first it allows 25 Signs instead of 19 as in GW2.
Second because the TESO system also allows special signs like ’ which is used in Troll Names.
There has been one in the game since it launched, but not for some regions.
Well I thought I was clever when I cam up with the name for this character. I believe it’s perfect for a Kul Tiran Monk. Then another friend pointed me to an adult film entertainer’s profile on Twitter/X with the same name.
I simply choose to ignore that they even exist.

Zandalari trolls get an easy way to generate names.
Just write a name, then but Zil’ or Zul’ at thr begining of it and call it a day. 
As for my name, it is pretty uncreative. I just used my alias name and put Kit at the end since Chris would likely be taken.
The Kit comes from things like Young Foxes or the Japanese Kitsune.
