I don’t know how you see it, but it’s really difficult for me to find a name at the moment…sometimes it takes me 20 minutes and more until I finally find a name that I like a bit and above all, that is available. for this reason. We finally need a ingame name generator
how do you see it?
There are many Fantasy name Generators, not sure if you ask for a WoW specific one.
I just steal WoW character names.
Think it’s US only.
Something something, might contain slurs in EU.
If you are stuck on naming it’s generally easier to go for surnames, titles or bastardized phrases of other languages.
And we love to report you.
Personally I’d like to see what Guild Wars 2 did and have a second name. It would solve name duplicates and give us the opportunity to make some awesome combinations
Ye, usa client has name generator on the name selection part of the character creation. I also wished it for eu client in times but on other hand it only generates one name a time and theres sites like fantasynamegenerator that generate selection of names for the race we chose so I think those are just better anyways. 
That’s such a sad thing to do.
You have access to the internet. Can’t you use the plethora of name generators available.

In game name generator would be cool too but I like this tool since it kinda comes up with decent options for all races.
We have too many different languages in EU, it’s far too easy for it to come up with something that’s offensive in one of the many languages 
Here in Sweden we have an old male name that in English languages are the same as man’s personal stuff.
A name generator would just cause to much issues for it to be worth.
That can happen anyway. I heard even some of the warlock demons had to be renamed for this reason and those are randomly generated character names. Can be fun though.
I just browse the web for fantasy novels featuring the class/race/gender I’m playing in game and use a name from there or if already taken adjust a one or two letters. Found some real good names-I hate playing on an RP server without a proper RP name lol. I find some name generators too cliche or meh
I named one of my characters after an npc, only to have lots of amused Swedes and Norwegians whispering me, so I had to rename.
Quite awhile ago my sister tried making a character, and her own name was prohibited.
Why? Because of the first 4 letters of her name.
Her name’s Anusha… 
The name restriction got lifted for it at some point.
Ye that means something on Finnish aswell, you wouldnt want name after it. 
AI can do a name generator in any language.
As long as we’re stuck with the rubbish 1-character-per-server-gets-a-name system, a name generator wouldn’t really change much.
