M+ is literally infinite scaling, it’s harder than Mythic raid can ever be by definition. But you do neither it seems so i don’t know why you even have an opinion
Sure it is… there is worlds first for that o wait lol
So what keys do you run? Since even my gear is over gearing 7-10… Since they drop 613 Hero… So you somehow need more than that lol…
Why do I have an opinion because its always M+ crying about something lol.
Yes. There is a worlds first for X key, Blizzard doesn’t give an award because it’s infinitely scaling.
Just started my 12s. But have you actually done 7-10? Because it doesn’t seem like it.
Just having the gear to do something doesn’t mean you have the skill to.
You’ve done 3 bosses on lfr and 0 M+ ? Yes people are “crying” because it’s an unbalanced gearing system
I would like a system where you could target a dungeon in vault in order to only get items from that to hopefully target specific items you want for example for me 2 of my BIS comes from dungeons every week i pray i get them in vault no luck at the moment. But making m+ dungeons drop myth loot is a mistake since you can effectively do infinite dungeons per week whilst raiding is limited to 8 bosses per week at mythic basically meaning that every raider would have to spam dungeons and be full geared in a week doesn’t sound too fun to me. The loot system is fine but yes i would like to see less rng when it comes to vault for sure.
Do what F2P games do, combine 3 of the same item to upgrade it to the next tier!
1 player in a group of 5 means you have more impact than when you are 1 in a group of 20. Not to forget in raiding you do not use utility and most bosses require that very same single target build. In M+ you use your whole kit and depending on the dungeon you want to change builds and rotations.
You can craft a 636 item every two weeks if you wish.
I agree you shouldn’t be able to farm it. But they could do something like, you can lock yourself out of raid loot for a 2nd great vault. You then get a second chance to get the item you want.
2 great vaults side by side so you can choose 1 from both and it just mirrors your first vaults progression
Wild take.
What he said was partly true, though of course your comment is at the other extreme. Most raid bosses don’t even require dps to spec an interrupt. Let alone stun / blind / dispel / insert niche thing here.
But you do use utility, atleast for mythic raid bosses. You have DRs cds, stuns, movement increase, interrupts, freedoms. I dont see how you can you dont use utility.
Not that wild. On how many bosses are you using and coordinating your interrupt, stun, slows, etc? Obviously theres an exception to find. But in comparison to every M+ dungeon, it is basically zero. I know i say it a little too extreme, but the comparison is really not there.
Oh yeah? How often are you soothing enrage from bosses? How often are you chain CCing them? In M+ you can be expected to use most of your kit throughout the dungeon. Stun on CD etc. Raid will depend on boss.
Yeah ofc you use utility but not at the level you do in M+
First 4 is a bit of a stretch, but first 2 is certainly possible. However either boss barely drops anything useful for me. Most of the times I can’t even need on it.
For this tier any boss with adds have a use for stuns/slows. On brood as example you need coordinated interrupts, slows, freedoms and CC. You find adds on brood, queen, bloodhound, ulgrax, rashanan and even silken.
Point is saying you dont use utility is wild. We use utility on every boss, more often than not pre planned aswell.
It does. Quite frequently. Usually on the later bosses though. Coupled with basically everything wanting to oneshot you nowadays.
Raiding favours ST builds, dungeons favour AoE builds (with the same amount of cookie cutters for each). More news at 5. Also you have AoE in Raids but AoE has the side effect that you can do “overkill” so you only bring a certain amount of specs that deal AoE damage. You don’t have that with boss damage because the encounter ends then. In M+ it happens that well, most of the “encounter” happens to be trash mobs.
Ovinax, Court and Ansurek. Will ignore the first four because they are equivalent to a 10 and just die from sneezing. Kyveza is just testing whether you know how to keep yourself alive.
Is it a stretch though? I mean Sikran wipes boil down to people not knowing that you cant get double charged (how people still havent learned this is beyond me but whatever). The boss itself is VERY forgiving on failing to hit the illusions as well as maximizing space (this was already the case when people progressed the boss during the early stages of the tier).
Rashanan isnt much different. You have the adds that get vaporized by anyone that wants to play logsimulator and the only “hard” part of that boss is that the webbed targets arent allowed to run back into the camp until their debuff expired. If you get the green line your green line is also highlighted to make it less of a visual issue (for once in Blizzards life). Rashanan also has the same health as sikran while having a significant higher uptime for execute classes (and that makes more than up for the running part of the encounter).
Usually the first 2 are pinatas. This raid its the first four and then the difficulty spikes by a poopton.
There are though, lol.
Just because you don’t care enough about it, doesn’t mean that world firsts don’t exist. For example “World first +18” or “World first +17 NW” do exist. You just don’t notice it because it’s outside of your filter bubble.
Granted, those are not as hyped as much as raid WFs but that’s pretty logical since for raiding, there are a total of 8 bosses an entire season that can be world firsted. For M+ there are 8 dungeons with theoretically infinite amount of levels to it so nobody is yelling WORLD FIRST UMFG for 137 times per season.
No not true at all the first 4 in the raid are like latter heroic bosses so you are simply hyperboling.
I killed the LK when it was current I don’t need to raid anymore lol… Cata firelands is my last proper raid as ppl suck in both skills and being… So the more solo content Blizzard does the better for me.
M+ was a mistake as it gave those not good enough to raid an ego trip…
