As a crafter and in this new expansion when professions is a big part of it since i need to advertise my items and what ilvl and can make them and link them obviously i need to link like 4 or 5 items but theres absoulately no macros to do so theres only 1 macro that allows you to link 1 item but nothing else so here i am stuck doing every single piece manually linking every little piece of item, please we need better macros!
You do know that you can just link your profession? People can see all you can craft. Been a thing since Cata iirc.

Apparently you are unable to make your own macro and haven´t figured out that you can shift click more than one item into the macro.

it seems that you are ignorant as it gets that you dont know hot macros work that you cannot link “items” in your macros since they only appear as text and not clickable items do yourself a favor and research before you publicly humiliate yourself

Seems like both of you have forgotten that the Works Order system is in effect and people can go there if they want a specific item created.

ye ofc they can do that but since you cannot select your minmum quality in public orders people want their items to be crafted in highest quality possible and there you can advertise your crafting skills so people get attracted
Not sure what you are doing wrong, but if I make a macro with some items that I shift clicked from my profession window, the links do appear and are clickable in chat.
you dont click on recipe you click on the item itself so it shows the quality that you can make

Public orders are worthless since you can’t specify the quality you want. The tutorial for work orders specifically showcases that creating a personal order has advantages, so it’s blizz who decided they want people spamming the trade channel. Players simply adapted to it.

Forgive me if I am wrong but isn’t there something on the professions window itself which you can click to create a link to everything that you can craft?
that link is only to link your profession itself so for example its just “Leatheroking” or any other profession you cannot link items themselves as in a macro
Doesn’t it link what you can create within that profession?
