I’m playing with add-ons like ElVui, and… even with it, I’m deeply in some more actions bars, especially on sham & drood (plz… 10 bars on drood ? That’s a joke, 3 are lock to your forms…)
Yeah, maybe, for most ppl 6 bars are enough…

But… When, as wlock for exemple, you have your “fear” on : Target - Mouseover - Target’s target - Focus - Focus target - Arena 1 - Arena 2 - Arena 3… That’s already wait what ? 8 binds ? So yeah, some macros can lower it to 6… Still, 6 binds dead… For a fu**ing spell…
Okay, most of you will say me “Lul, all those binds are useless”… Can be true… But if it can make me win 0.5s, isn’t it worth finally ?

already have 6 bars full on my hunter currecly then ther comes more skills in shadowlands they dont fit in anywhere …

2 coven ablityes 6 hunter abityes where do i get to fit ? :frowning:

The other option is to use macros.

Having a simple:

#showtooltip
/cast [mod:CTRL] spell2; spell1

Gives you two spells on the same button, effectively doubling your action bar space just by pressing the CTRL key.

(If you really needed to you can mix in SHIFT and ALT as well. Just be careful you don’t have CTRL+ / SHIFT+ / ALT+ keybound to something already as it generally goes for the keybind over the macro. Also never use an ALT macro on the F4 key :rofl:)

I personally prefer less keys(spell) instead having more keybind bars.

I’m surprised Blizzard hasn’t just included bars to go above the current 2 layers on the default ui, it really wouldn’t be much work for them.

If u want the basic blizz UI just more bars i would download Button Forge addon.
Use it myself for many years

I would strongly suggest you try out SpartanUI. It has alot of different themes, 6 to be precise and it has alot of customization. It does require bartender4 to work aswell but I cannot play wow without it as of now!

What you can do is macro items to an ALT/CTRL/SHIFT modifier, this saves you two positions. So 1 position can have 3 items.

I played with 54 keybinds in Wotlk as a warrior.
And basic add-ons like bartender are more than enough for that. You don’t even need a mmo-mouse, just use modifiers in your macros if you really need to.

I’m not a fan of ElvUI at all, i don’t like the design of it.

Thank for suggesting that, i tryed yesterday, finished to configured it today and now it help really a lot.

I miss the layout of backpack on actionbar ( now the bag open above the bar) and the Blizzard UI .

But the good is now i can get a profile i can use on my other MM hunter, that really great and the 4 new bar is cool !.

You could use that command aswell , didn’t need a addon for that :smiley: !
