I am aware, thank you. I didn’t give it many pulls, and I hadn’t seen a guide at the time.
My point was, as you quoted me saying; I would like it if the game was a bit more clear about what is happening in the encounter, and what we are expected to do about it, rather than slap us down for reasons it hasn’t explained. Third party guides really shouldn’t be needed.
What’s your Overall DPS on an attempt?
A lot of people, including me, did it with random trinkets. I’ve just finished getting my book and bear took me as long as all 6 others, so yes it’s way harder than the rest.
The problem is not the 4th annihilate which doesn’t need any special trinket if you saved your cds and be ready to spam ironfur. The main difficulty comes from the conjuction of the pools that are mega random and the purple lines. All the rest just takes practice
sorry to hear and best of luck, it’s well worth it
I actually haven’t checked If I am totally honest. Around 850~ I think?
I will have to do some tries again tonight when I get back from work to have a better idea of it.
I stopped trying when I finished the 10 drums I had, need to farm some consumables.
So exactly like today, then:
Using BFA flask for extra +20ish agil, check. Potion of unbridled fury, check. Doesn’t show gear, check.

Erm, no. The eyes are very easy to kill with double Moonfire. Usually one MF if you run Galactic Guardian talent.
The main problem with this encounter is that it’s fundamentally bad for tanks. Instead your tanking skills being tested you are doing a memory test + dps check test which is a nonsense challenge for tanks.
Even if we ignore for a moment the fact that Guardian challenge is basically a DPS test there is still the issue of how enemies are just thrown at the player and one mistake leads you to being overrun by the mobs.
It’s a bad, cheap and uncreative design.

Cutting Edge twitch streamer who writes mythic Sylvanas guides…check. Even in his guide he gets lucky (as he says) That a 5th Orb spawns for him…
Kinda I did answer that question already.
On my server the BfA flask costs roughly the same as the Shadowlands flask. /shrug
Unbridled Fury seems to be a must on this fight though, unfortunately, regardless of whether you use Balance Affinity or not.
You want it, it’s kinda special, works as intended. It’s not unreachable goal
On mine agil flask is about 3k, Unbridled fury is 1k each lol
Heh, on mine the flask is about 850 and the pot is 2k.
The pot price is ridiculous. It is 1-2 Zin’anthid nodes though, so lots of money to make for a herbalist as well and, incidentally, I am one!
extortion and consumption is all that matters.
At long last.
This guy does it SL gear, no consumables.
yet again, a guy in the 0.025% of people:
It’s a bit of a fallacy for guys like this to just go in and be like “Stop complaining” When they’re in the extremely small bracket of people who don’t really find this challenging.
" i write guides for Guardian Druid for Wowhead and Icy-veins and i am the GM of the top 20 world guild"
He probably has more skill than 99.9% of people in this game.

imagine if he put that much effort into things which mattered instead of a video game… just to boast about a time walking event and his ability to complete it…
He also cleared Mythic Sylvanas in SoD within 2 weeks of it being live…pretty trolly for him to make a video like that tbh.
What point are you trying to make with this?
The guy is in a world 18 guild. He already has the appearance so its not his first time in there and he procced his cheat death which is a trink that isn’t available to anyone who doesn’t raid.
Are you holding him up as the poster boy at the level where standards should be set?
