For Rated bG yes but no for arenas.
Solo queue would turn arena into a sh!tshow. For rbg, it could work though.
I mean, as long as its a separate bracket. Why not. Id also expect restrictions to prevent fresh 60s queuing it. Like ether ilvl, conquest or something.
Long as it doesn’t influence pre made bracket who cares. Let the loners soloq.
