The game automatically puts you in the role that you queued for, so the paladin in question was ported in as a healer, it proceeded to respec itself in the dungeon.
Thatâs striking a low blow, donât belittle people trying to make a valid point.
For me that kind of attitude is on par with the player we removed.
I donât get this attitude of yours as well. When I see healers are needed in a normal dungeon I queue up and respec to dd as well. I could easily do the dungeon alone.
So my question is. Do you want to wait an hour in the queue or do you want to exp to level up fast

I do. If it even flinches. Most of the time everyone is above 80%. If someone fails hard I do nothing to help them

This was a heroic dungeon no leveling was needed, if youâve checked out the character iâm posting from that wouldâve been clear.
I would like to avoid players with your attitudes at all cost, even if i had to wait two hours for a new player, iâd even prefer to just stop the dungeon if nothing would come.

Also why should I heal fails? Learning effect is higher for new players if you just let them die

Iâve healed quite a bit throughout the years. Helping others recover from mistakes is part of the role, punishing them for it is a terrible mindset. Especially when you can tell someone is new and/or inexperienced.
That a healer has less patience with it in a M+ 26 I get lol, but normal or heroic⌠câmon man.

Tbh Ive earned around 200k via this method and never heard any complain nor got kicked.
So itâs just weird to see any problem thats mentioned in the post 
If they restrict LFG to the roles I will never queue again thatâs it. And many tanks and healers will never do that as well. If you want to increase queue times then itâs a good change. So go on

When tank is up with the bag I tank. When heal is up I respect as there is nothing to heal.
