We need to add dampening or a debuff to healers in blitz

its not ok that they get to play the game as if they are already in the new expansion there is no way they ever run out of mana they instantly top themselfs every global or have no CD cacoons if its a disc priest most of them have knockbacks and very high mobility its becoming a joke how unbalanced they are and thats why everyone who
wants to climb the blitz ladder has to duo with a healer.

Just finished a game where I did 345 million damage we had stuns and setups vs double pres evoker and they did not drop below 90% hp outside of cc and when we did our cc they just trade because trinket is still 1.5 min cd for healers some how.

Im doing objectives this is at 2700 MMR its just when a healer joins a fight its over that should not be how it works it should not take 4-5 dps to kill 1 healer.

It should not take 5-10 seconds to kill someone for an evoker to fly in top the guy in 1 global they need major nerfs they have enough mobility to still be competitive.

This game also was silvershard mines where im fighting for lava i was doing the right thing by going there they should still die if they get kicked into a full silence into a full leg sweep thats not the case because they are too overtuned the only healers that can actually die right now are hpala/rshaman/rdruid.

I also mentioned the damage as thats the most i can possibly do its when they stack and give me 20 stacks of festermight while cleaving the entire team doing 1.3 milion dps and people are still glued at 90% hp.

so why are you looking to add dampening to them if they already die?

Because it still takes 4-5 dps to kill these classes it’s just the other healers are overtuned in all content and need nerfs on top of the dampening.

Just because the healer balance is not the best right now does not mean that rshaman/rdruid/hpala are not overtuned without dampening

If you don’t understand this and you are just going to try start an arguement without using your brain let’s call it a day they should not be immortal gods just because they choose to heal even tho that’s what healer players would like you to think.

Evoker/disc/mw just do not die unless they either play with their feet or get out played by 6 people have flag debuffs on them etc…

Maybe just CC the healers and kill his team mates ? I do agree this expansion is much more healer friendly. I am enjoying it much more than getting killed or losing team mates in a global like in shadowlands. I just wish my mana pool lasted as long as some of the other healing specs

That’s the reason you can play blitz and do 345 mil damage, if your idea comes to life you will not be able to do that dmg cos you will be sitting in a queue 24/7

You should ask for a buff to the rest healers not for an overall nerf to the healing

You padding damage on a node instead of peeling out and actually getting something done means you did exactly what the healer wanted you to.

You very literally got outplayed.

Blitz isnt M+, your meters mean basically nothing.

That’s true. Damage lover often lose. But healers should be somehow regulated. Unkillable…

I won that game by keeping both healers at lava all game just because the only way it’s possible for you to get rating is by playing healer when it’s overtuned does not mean you have to get so butt hurt over it noob.

Using cc on the healer and killing his team mates might work in the lower ratings but when people actually know how to play there is almost 0 point in having a team fight if a healer is there only on certain maps where it’s forced like silvershard and flag carrier maps.

The other game modes there is legit 0 reason to actually play pvp and try to cc healers as they will not die I also like how everyone trying to give me advice is playing at 1300 rating where I understand it’s hard to heal if you play on a controller.

You can keep a single healer hostage as a DK or a rogue. Even if they’re not dying you can make their life a complete misery.

Adding dampening would be the biggest L

One thing that needs looked at though is MW Monks mobility. Especially when flag carrying.

Well ye thats dks niche and strength in rated battlegrounds it lacks teleports and blinks to get to objectives but can counter flag carriers and put people into bad positions.

I dont think a healers niche is been immortal no matter how bad you play last time i checked it was been able to heal allys while btw still also having cc effects and very high mobility.

the mobility is not a problem if you was able to kill them but again you cant.

by the logic of healers if one dps was so overtuned that just by standing there it 1 shot everyone we should allow it and just move away from him and go do another objective because if we dont its a skill issue and we should be playing around this bad game design not fixing it.

The healer situation is really bad

Rbg strategy should not be walk away from objectives when there is a healer, because 3-4 ppl cant really kill him or anything close
And there should not be untargetable / uninteruptable abilites on healers, ie tranquility / ultimate penance where u dont even need to position yourself

That or CC the other healer while you kill them.

How can you not kill a healer with 3-4 people?

Because people are overlapping cc like crazy in blitz, making the healers immune to cc
2 coordinated dps can easily take down a healer but not in blitz

Dont be crazy please 2 dps can use 2 minute burst cds to get a healer to 20% if its a disc they will trinket rapture shield or just PS during the stun and rapture after it ends every healer has an answer to stop 2 dps getting a perfect setup on them.

dps players have to play perfect to kill a 1500 player its that bad right now and when you face a good healer you will know what im talking about its normal for team fights to last untill the game is over in deepwind gorge at market fights.
