They should do this because it’s the right thing to do in this situation. I get that you don’t want it to change because you are one of those that want to abuse the way it’s now for your own benefit while pretending to be a skilled player when in reality in its current state it takes little to no skill in a premade vs pug BG match up.
I can’t speak for everyone else but I know I wouldn’t do this. I’ve my reasons for complaining regarding the premade vs PUG as that’s not fun, not fair and will make a ton of people quit which is bad for the longevity of SOD.
I guess insulting other people with a different opinion from you make you feel good about it. Says everything I need to know about you.
Which is exactly the issue that we are talking about here that we want to see addressed.
I can guarantee you that the way premade groups are doing it now, is nothing I want to be a part of anyway so I really don’t have any interest in its current state.
Be lucky that you are the right class & spec with the right minimum gearscore level to join the said premade group.
Play BG’s until you lose one game.
People ragequit because no patience.
Start all over again just to farm those PUGS and feel good about yourselves.
No thank you! Give me my PUG vs PUG, at least I know what I am getting out from these games.
Yes and it’s what are talking about here, to fix this from not happening again as it’s a big issue.
I’ve a better alternative for you. I’ve stopped joining BG’s altogether as I see no point in that until it’s fixed by Blizzard. I sure will not be the problem, when I want it to be addressed this bad.
Ultimately its up for Blizzard to decide what to do, but unless I hear any news about this changing before or in phase 2 I will probably skip BG altogether going forward which is sad as I love BG’s but I don’t want to support this as it is now.
I’m not being the victim I just think it’s fair to want both solo join & premade to be viable and fun for most people. You are defending something that is toxic and bad for the game long-term.
I feel like the premade situation has started to stabilise a bit. Most likely due to the number of people hitting exalted over the Xmas holidays. I would probably say it’s in the region of 50/50 now, which imo isn’t perfect but it’s tolerable as a solo queue player. This will drop over the coming weeks even more which should sort out the issue with having to face premades for 7-10 games in a row. If you can get the ratio down to like 30% or so then I don’t think there needs to be any drastic changes in queue system.
What’s probably more important now is the reliance on specific classes for meta premades. I really don’t want to go into P2 and have a situation like facing premades consisting of like 12 Hunters and 3 Priests in AB. Hopefully with new runes and level 40 we can have a better mixture of classes that can actually contribute equally.
Exactly if hunter pets stay in the current state with beastial wrath it’s going to be a s**tshow. AB premades are won in 5 mins if done properly and with effectively a team of 24 ranged DPS (hunter + pets) that can’t be CCd and do additional damage it will be a total steamroll on any team that’s not got the same setup.
I’ll rephrase it for you. A group of 5 ppl with voice comm and coordination can farm 10 random solo queue players just as easily as a full premade can.
How could it be JUST as easy when it’s literally only 5 players instead of 10? You can’t stack as many classes as 5 compared to 10.
Hard disagree on this one.
Blizz wont do anything.
Because the devs also play premade to to farm honor and rep on the behalf of pugs.
And that also reflects on how premade players think.
How fun is it for premade if they dont have easy prey to drool over.
Would you rather spend 4-10 min for 1 win or loss than 2-3 min for a 100% win?
Its no rocket science to see this =)
