They can do this every 5 years and people will scream F R E S H, not asking themselves why they want fresh servers (hint, it’s cause game gets fugged from Wrath onwards and botting).

I think you need to be a serious fan boy to keep playing wow for ever, there’s people in my guild that have played every expansion and will do so until they die or the AI robots kills all the humans off.
Some are going to be rolling new characters on fresh classic on top on SOD/cata/retail
Microblizzard will milk these people until they are getting their pension and their family takes over their finances and puts a stop to it.
Once sod ends that’s my little nostalgia trip finished, I would like to say it was a perfect edition to return to but…it’s been experimental to say the least
vanilla raid content was boring in classic, boring in SoM, boring in SoD, will be boring in new classic, and will be boring until the end of time. SoD was the one format where they could have done something new, but evidently the content peaked in ST, and it is all downhill from there.
Good thing there are other games, that are completely unrelated to Blizzard.
