It was ‘great’ for fans but it failed to gather a wide audience. Perhaps that they will do another in the future if ever.

No we don’t, at least not a live-action one…
Animated series would be much better. Arcane is proof how to do it well and you would have accurate looking characters and not just real people in better quality cosplay.

First was a dogs dinner but I’d much rather they just focus on the game and put the resources in that than make a movie I’ll watch once for 2 half hours.
it was terrible movie in my opinion, music was great though.
Bliz really need to stick with CGI or animated if they want to do a movie or show. a live action really didn´t work.
People making the game don’t make films.
As for me, I loved it. The first time I saw ‘real’ people walking around ‘my’ Stormwind, I was hooked. I’d love another.

Some do but with better story.
Yet again that’s fine but I’d rather the IP as a whole was focused around the game, Also the movies were terribly inaccurate to the actual story.
Much rather an animated series. Look at how amazing Arcane was.

2016 movie was fairly good, but real humans were kinda out of place imo.
I liked it but I’m a fan of the director (David Bowies son, Duncan Jones)
He was also a huge WoW nerd, and whether or not you liked the film, the aesthetics were perfect.
The movement of the Orcs Wolf mounts was particularly impressive.
He had it plotted out for 3 films which would have had Thralls captivity and an old Tauren he was locked up with guiding him and the escaped orcs to Kalimdor. Then the third having the founding of Orgrimmar.

I think it works better as a series as a whole, animated or live action.

The first season of arcane took years. If they do a warcraft series, I hope they make it lower quality and higher paced. Getting to the quality level of arcane would take ages, and at the same time we all know that blizz will get flamed hard, if it’s not the same quality lol
we don’t need movie, we NEED series with type of covenants/ warbringers storytelling, it would be amazing, lore can be amazingly presented there and It would lure a lot of new players/ cause hype
Umm… No. It was awful. CGI eye-candy with no substance, it could have been a generic humans vs evil invading green meanies without the Warcraft logo and no one would have known the difference.
Videogames very VERY… rarely transition well into a movie. For the simple reason that too many players have too many different ideas about what they want to see in the same movie.
I enjoyed the Orc scenes. Awesome CGI. Real human actors looked weird with it so they should stick to full CGI or animation. Animation would allow for more stories to be told and would allow for lore accurate zones and races to be portrayed correctly without having to spend the GDP of some small nations.
As long as its true to itself and they do not recast core characters to cater to the current hollywood casting checklist.
