Wait for Legion Classic and you will get them.
Legion Classic is potentially around three - four years away - if Blizzard decides to release it at all?
Personally, I feel that there is a compromise that could be reached but Blizzard seem insistent on creating artificial scarcity when it comes to druid forms. For example, why didn’t they release more than one colour variant of the Rune Bear from the Emerald Dream?
Not going to lie, it is a tad demoralising that when I see fellow druids all I seem to encounter in the world / organised content is either the ‘Fel Bear’ or the yellow ‘Rune Bear’ which everyone seems to have. If Blizzard had released new forms on a consistent basis that players could pursue then perhaps this would no longer be a point of discussion. However, here we are, seven years later and the MT appearances (particularly the druid forms) remain one of the most coveted, heavily-sought after appearances in the game. It would be excellent to have some level of individuality to our forms so that we can express our own identity / vision for our character when shapeshifting. Let us change the way our ‘Fel Bear’ looks - let us customise our markings, colour etc. Druids should feel a sense of uniqueness and not just a mirror image of the next druid who stopped off at Aurostor while on their way to Amirdrassil. Where are our fresh challenges?
On the topic of the original Legion Mage Tower Artifact appearances, I feel that the only variant of the MT appearances that should been left unobtainable is the original (white werebear)- the rest should have been opened upon completion of the current iteration of the Mage Tower. I also feel Blizzard missed a trick not having the tan variant drop from Urctos in Amirdrassil.
The main argument that I see about reserving the appearances is one of prestige - how is it prestigious to kill HC Kil’Jaeden OR complete all the Legion Dungeons OR win ten RBG seven years after the expansion ended?
I hypothesize that when this decision was made to lock away these appearances forever - it must have been under the pretext that there would have been other opportunities in future expansions for players to work towards new and unique forms? But what have we had since?
Really hoping Legion Remix brings about some new recolours of the original appearances. I would love it even more if they returned the originals but we will have to wait and see. Until then I’ll make do with alternating between my rune bear and fel bear… just hopefully not forever

The best you can hope for is getting a new color of each cat form / bear form including the magetower ones in remix.
Or a fel cat maybe even owl… since we got a fel bear… but who knows. Dont think they should bring back old forms or well just recolor them and its a win win for everyone anyway.

I think the fairest solution would be to add 4–5 more recolors, like the Fel Werebear. That way, players who did the Mage Tower during Legion can still keep their unique appearance, and those of us who started playing Druid later won’t be stuck with the same look for two entire expansions.

Agree with the person above give us new ones not old ones since people who got the forms in legion get new forms as well.

I got all skins I wanted except Dh glaives but im up for it to come back why not.
The only reason this is a problem is that the rate of new form skin acquisition is absolutely abysmal. Wouldn’t feel as big of a deal if we had a larger number of available forms, or more variations of the ghost cat/werebear themes.
I’ve been playing on and off, about every other expansion since vanilla, and skipped Legion unfortunately due to life circumstances at the time. I was pretty devastated to later find out that there were special druid forms, with only pathetic “pity” alternatives to obtain in the modern game at all (gross monster energy drink bear etc.).
Imo, the options are either: 1) find a way for variations of the Pridemother skins to still be obtainable in the modern game as a compromise to newer players, or for those who weren’t around then, even if just void or other recolors, or 2) design new, unique forms tied to achievements or challenge modes more than once every few years. There should be a new set of really cool forms in every single expansion. Not THE coolest ones released nearly 10 years ago, for a limited time.
TLDR, to me it’s not so much a question of tying mounts and mog to a time and place as much as tying already very limited druid form choices to a time and place. The lack of variety and quality of alternative options is the issue, not the exclusivity of the original mage tower skins, which imo should remain exclusive.
that IS the mage tower challenge skin. They added a replacement for werebear (also mage tower), maybe they ll add a recolor of cat mage tower skin as well, but you do know all other legion skins are not locked, still obtainable, so you might wanna change the title of your post into Mage tower cat skin complaint instead of legion forms
As one that has MT appearance, I say bring it back. I don’t feel devaluated if it comes back, nor did I see it as this ‘‘impossible prestige challenge’’ as some others say it is.
My AOTC mount is coming back, I don’t see the outrage of that one coming back in it’s originality? Same with Chosen Dead Mythic set? Both those were season/expansion exclusives. Why are they coming back in their originality, in probably a ‘‘easier’’ way than what we did back then?
Why should people settle for recolors of old MT skin? That doesn’t justify why some original exclusives come back, and some others don’t?`Nah. Bring it back, and bring in new as well while they’re at it.
so basically all those forms that were soooo good, so ferocious, that gave so much identity, that are such a complete upgrade compared to the ones in dragonflight, or compared to a literally fire-cat, are actually trash, except one precise variant :)) got it
all other forms are still available, even without remix, they are still available

Mmmmm… Sweet tears… Goes well with my Werebear and Ghost of the Pridemother forms.
Blizzard made a post about these forms. They will NEVER be obtainable again. So do yourselves a favor and stop crying about it and move on.
Also they are only special and wanted, because they are unobtainable. If everyone had them, you wouldn’t care about them.
Imagine if they got released to everyone. Everyone would equip them for exactly one day, and then no one cares about them anymore.
Instead, ask for new forms. I’m sure they already have a bunch ready. Maybe give them some ideas.
I want the originals for their look but for prestige. Just gimme a nice recolor other than the mudgreen sludgefur.

Blizzard made posts and took out many items and stuff from the game, that got returned, even said they would never bring back Classic WoW again (you think you do, but you don’t) and look where we are at now.
So yeah, they could go back at their words, it’s not like it would be the first time. I’m all for it, not gonna lose any sleep if I see someone with the same pixels I got, good for them.

Its actually a good suggestion. I saw another guys reply to another thread. Keep the prestige forms as is, but make recolors so newer players dont feel left out.

Don’t see anything else has similar designs , you seen some flame warglaives around lately? Protection warrior shield with that kinda flail? No? Hm, still unique designs.
And what are you trying to do?
People can ask for whatever they want, newer players will still feel left out due to not having the same color scheme, as ‘‘dye’’ option is not a thing in this game.
Blizzard thrives on FOMO and unfortunately these shills have absorbed the concept that luck = prestige, and feel smug and entitled when Blizzard boils it down to skill.
Although, as we all who completed the much harder challenges would know, then we would have these rewards already.
If you could do the content required, sure.
Most would’ve been able to clear Mage Tower back then, but not all got the chance to do so.
Maybe that’s why so many of you are against it. You got a free reward and can’t accept it.
