Shadowlands launches in a week, and these are still not able to be transmogged!

But yes, you should be able to transmog to them.

You could always just wear the armour itself if you want to wear it. Carry another set around in your bags for when you want to change into something more comfortable.
maybe they’ll allow us to xmog them in a year or two just like they did with legion legendary items to satisfy people when they introduce some poopy system
No, you can’t.
They’re unique-equipped. Can only wear one piece. Plus, they’re white with no stats if not crafted into a legendary.
That’d good, you shouldn’t be able to transmog them until the following expansion at least.

A pretty silly and needless restriction. What was the point of giving them such a crazy appearance if the sets aren’t going to be usuable? They might as well have used the models of some old quest/crafted gear then.
The restriction will be lifted later. they just don’t want players wearing the full set yet.

Will be my choice of transmog on druid, because the legendary set is just fugly.
Won’t deny it doesn’t look right for a Druid but for a Rogue I think it’s good.
By the design yes, but when every single dk, pala and warrior wears it, it won’t be special at all.
