I am new to the class. I am looking for a Weak Aura to track active azerite trait buffs and stacks (for example Thirsting Blades) and trinket cool downs.

Full of weakaruas. Although there’s no point in tracking thirsting blades it shouldn’t effect your rotation.
Also try the templates on the weakaruas addon. It’s much better when you can make you own. The templates set it up for you then you can change the look of it in the display tab.
