I no longer have the options to select Microsoft Zira as a voice as an example either in-game or in Weakauras (which is what I want to use text-to-speech for), anyone know how to fix it? I have them downloaded in windows and everything and it worked before.

I’m not sure from your description why you’re using text to speech … if it’s for accessibility it’s always worth contacting the accessibility team - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000244753
I use it with Weakaura callouts, easier to have tts than just sounds. I’ll try and contact support for the third time

We have had other players with this problem in the past, so if you could check the following for me before we dig into other things that might be causing issues that would be great.
This problem should only be occurring if the game detects your computer is running Wine, so there may be a lingering registry key on your computer affecting this. Can you navigate to the file path in your Registry Editor that matches: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Wine. If you have a registry key here, as in the screenshot below, deleting it should ensure the additional voices should come back. Let me know if this works, and if not I will talk to the team!
