So, I decided to buy myself the new Grizzly Hills Packmaster mount and tried both the ingame store and website but it gets hung up after clicking buy.

I ran into the same issue trying to buy a token last week and I assumed the token was denied to prevent the mafia laundering money or something along those lines…

Why is buying a mount not allowed? It is the same credit card and address I have been using on the US servers since the game launched, and on the EU servers since November 2023. Why can I buy the actual game (TWW) and pay for my subsciption on an EU server with my US credit card but I can’t buy things from the store?

I was going to try adding battle.net balance to my eu account but i wanted to find out if that would or would not work before I hit the big blue button and have it default to my us account or something worse.

This most certainly should be possible, and if you’re having issues it might simply be down to your payment provider rejecting the payment.
