It is 02022020 in any standard form of the Christian calendar(Euro, US or ISO)
And to make things even more amazing: it is day 33 of the year. and we have 333 days left this year.

It isn’t a palindrome as the date is 2/2/2020. Also a palindrome is for letters only.
Well actually it is a palindrome as a palindrome can be a word, number, phrase, or other sequence of characters which reads the same backward as forward.

surely there isn’t a 0 at the start (or even possibly 3 0s, as the last number is 4 digits) … also, wouldn’t the slashes have to be included as punctuation is counted in lettering. Can you even have a palindrome in anything other than letters? dunno.
