Weekly cap and looting gear

Hi all,
I capped with the conquest points and now I see that my next reward will be a 400level item. If I keep doing arena and do worse can it be that the reward level will drop from 400 down, lets say to 395 and 390?

Congratz! You have reached week 10 of season 2 and regardless of rank can enjoy the fruit of your labour - 400 lvl items.

Weekly rewards from capping conquest don’t scale with rating, in ether direction. Ilvl for these is always fixed - for the first 9 weeks of a season it’s Normal raid ilvl, then starting from week 10 and till the end of a season - it’s Heroic raid ilvl.

Weekly chest item and random gear drops from rated PvP - those scale with rating.

Is this the week 10 I am playing in season 2 or the overall time season 2 is running? In the latter case there is nothing to cheer about, everyon will gget the 400 level gear.
