There is a problem with weekly event buff. Buff is up for previous expansion, not current 
“Sign of the Warrior” grants extra item in Dragonflight, not in TWW

This should have been hotfixed by our developers.
If you encounter another issue in-game, please do report it to our developers, and they’ll be able to check this out for you.
