This claims you can choose any of the 3, but whatever I choose, the zaralek caverns one is what pops to be accepted. Is this a homage to Henry Ford’s “you can have any colour you want as long as it’s black”?
It’s a known issue. While we have the bonus rep with all factions and all raids are Awakened, the weekly quest remains “fixed” on the next in line instead of allowing free choice.

By chance I’d just installed the Dialogue UI add-on, and spent ages trying to figure out how it had broke the weekly quest choice, only to find out it was nothing to do with the add-on.
