Hey guys!
Like many of us, I also absolutely love the weather effects of the game. Feels comfy!
However, ever since TBC rolled out, it bugs out. When my character is idle it works as usual, however the moment I move my character, the rain starts to bend, rains horizontally then disappears. Moment I stop it returns. Sound effect is unaffected.

As mentioned this never happened before TBC rolled out. It was comfy in Vanilla.
I’ve tried clean install, addons/no addons, drivers. Nothing helped, same issue.
Wondering if I could get some help please? I really would like my comfy rain back
