Since patch 8.1.5, my game is sometimes having weird graphical glitches.
I’ve updated graphics drivers, updates W10 had, ran scan and repair (said no repair needed) and deleted cache.

Can happen anywhere, pretty much. It is temporarily solved by logging out and back in but any time I go through a loading screen, it might happen again. Sometimes it’s bad enough that I can’t even see where I am after loading because all I see is a mashup of weirdly-colored … shapes and lines.
Yeah count me in on this Issue aswell starting today after patch i have sometimes the same glitches appear randomly logout seems to solv it aswell as changing anisotropic filtering apply and then turn it back to the first setting apply again and graphic bugs gone… but its very annoying never had this before today my guess is their Directx 12 Optimizations break something ^^
Update: seems that switching to DX11 works as temporary band-aid, at least for now. So it might be related to some recent DX12 change.

I also had strange graphical issues like above appear randomly after latest patch and can indeed confirm that setting it back to dx11 solves it.
Same here, swaping graphic quality and enabling vertical sync fixed the problem but just untill the next loading screen.
Still have the Same Issue as Thread Opener i have an AMD Card R9 270x and i have already tried the last 4 Graphic card Drivers none Solved the issue only Switching to directx 11 solve the issue but i loss around 10 fps doing so before patch 8.1.5 Directx 12 worked Flawless.
I have strange suggestion because it helped me a bit, go to system/advanced and look which card is chosen, if it’s your dedicated card choose it again and click apply, i don’t know how but it helped me.
Tried your suggestion didnt help me problem is still persitent
Edit: Wrong char…
AMD update from 21.3., still no improvement, glitches still appearing.
