Weird Guild Bug

Hello,
I’ve had a weird bug happen to my Demon Hunter: Ilaforth - Boulderfist, it’s the only character with this bug.
This character belonged to a guild called ‘Lights of Life’. I deleted the character, restored him and requested to join ‘Lights of Life’ again, they accepted me but for some reason my character can’t see if people are online, doesn’t have the guild name on the tooltip.

However I can see people type in guild chat even though I can’t.
I’ve asked officers to kick my character from the guild and they can’t do it either.

When searching for the guild it tells me I’m already a member

I can’t seem to leave the guild but I also can’t join it.

Customer Support asked me to reset my config.wtf file and also try using /console cvar_default
I’ve done both and nothing helped.

Anyone have any clue what might be going on and how I can fix this?

Still seems to be an issue, when i deleted one of mine, i did so without leaving the guild first and when i undeleted the same character and rejoined the same guild i got the “not i a guild” line when trying to acces the gbank.

i shall now try to just reroll a character with the same name and see if i have to level from scratch to resolve the issue…

Better to reroll a character than a whole guild…
