I’ve tried resubscribing, but instead of getting 30 days of game time I got 3.
I had a month of game time from 26th Oct. Bought Dragonflight basic version on 29th Oct. When I tried subscribing this week, my bank account was charged money, but my WoW account does not have it logged (last 2 entries are from 26th Oct for the canceled sub and 29th for Dragonflight purchase) and the battlenet launcher only increased my game time by 3 (to Nov 29th).
If I’m understanding it right on 29th either my game time either runs out or my bank account will be charged another 12.99 euro.
It’s already been well past 24 hours, no sub, no refund either. I would appreciate some help here, at least an advice whether to try subbing again or just waiting some more…
Might entirely be my bank (although they only shut down their internet services for maintenance today -Nov 26th) and I tried resubbing like day and a half before that) but I have no idea. I bought 2 more items that same day on steam and there were no problems with those so idk.
Thanks

If you don’t see a (failed) order in your Blizzard order history it could be that Blizzard did not receive your money, you’ll still need to contact Blizzard to see what happened if possible with the bank order number.
Seriously? Are you looking for another silence?
This is the Customer Support forum in a thread about someone being unable to pay their sub.
You don’t take it over with your own problems.
Is that a threat?
Automated silence realy? Is this how Blizzard do things now?
Bot answer ticket after 3+ days (something that have no sense with my questions)
The same happened to me, renewed my sub on 24, as my sub was supposed to run out today 20 mins ago, took my money, gave me three days of gametime instead of 30, made a ticked about it, they told me it’s going to be fine, 20 mins ago my sub was cancelled
This all sounds like it could do with a little clarification with what goes on with Subscriptions. We can’t discuss specific payments or purchases, but a general overview should help highlight what’s going on.
Basically, when you set up a Subscription, if you don’t already have time on your account then a couple of days are added to your account up front in good faith that it’ll go through, to allow time for the payment to process, since any digital payment takes a little time. That’s the reason you only see a couple of days at first.
If you do have game time on your account, then you may still see the couple of days pop on temporarily, but the charge then doesn’t actually happen until your existing time runs out. More info on that one can be found here: https://support.blizzard.com/article/000255300
If the payment clears, which generally is done within 24 hours, then it bumps up to the full amount of time you’ve purchased. If not, then your account freezes and your Subscription’s cancelled.
You can keep an eye on the progress of any purchases over on your Transaction History here: https://account.battle.net/transactions

Thanks, it showed up today a few hours after I posted. Maybe the bank was having trouble before their online services maintenance because it usually is pretty near-instant, but it finally shows up as a new sub on the account.
For me it took my money on the 25 but today the payment declined for some reason and i’m not getting any refund or anything, can’t even play the game
If it’s payment declined, it should appear back in your bank account in a few days.
Technically it can take “Up to 28 working days” for refunds to be credited back to your account.
That said, its usually a lot faster.
Since I can’t post links in this good scout forum and so I can’t actually post the screen of the mail, I can at least write it out:
Date Subscribed
24 November 2022 01:42 pm (PST)
Item(s)
World of Warcraft® Subscription - 1 Month
Next Billing Date
26 November 2022 02:55 am (PST)
It was supposed to mean that this new month will be starting on 26th, not that I will be charged again for another full month that day. It’s a WEE BIT misleading to write it out like that. Especially when the thing doesn’t get logged into battlenet account until that day and you’re just left wondering and staring at the days countdown on the launcher.
Yes you can, you just need to make the link non-clickable by wrapping it in backticks like this https://www.worldofwarcraft.com
